Only Beşiktaş and Galatasaray's kits in Turkish Super League shows, while Fenerbahçe's and other kits of Turkish teams doesn't. Is that due an error, or are they not kits of other turkish teams in your kit database?

Is there any delays in release or will the patch be publicly released tomorrow? Also, do you suggest/recommend using your pack with transfer update datas? If so, which one is the most optimal?

TFF 3. Leagues and Super Amateur League does not allow for any foreign players irl, just like TFF 2. League. However in your patch, both TFF 3. Leagues and Super Amateur League does allow unlimited foreign players by default, which seems quite faulty to me.

Yeah, Turkish league also has a similar setting, however it is not due update, it is part of Bosman rule and base game as well

I do not have many problems with the transfer update, however since the new French league add-on was implemented on 12.09.2023, it seems like French 3rd and amateur tiers are not able to be added for me while starting a game, caused by the French league rework file in the data update. It was not the case prior. Does anyone have the same issue? Are there any plans to combat it?

I would have seen your point, however, he was a key player for Fenerbahçe last season and is reported to be fighting for a first-team place in the Real Madrid squad. With a CA score as low as 108, Madrid usually ends up loaning him for few, and Arda not developing as supposed to because his CA is low for other 1st division teams of the top 10-15 leagues to play him in the first XI, as opposed to teams such as AS Roma and Ajax having proposed a starting place for Arda Güler trying to transfer him. He is not a strong player per se, however, he is not a slow or low stamina player anymore that this game attributes him to be.
