Just thought I'd clarify what I'm doing with my City pic contributions ie using the same pic for 10, 20 or even 100 odd teams for Rome, these are essentially placeholders just to cover as much ground as possible. If you have a landscape picture for a specific suburb/borough/area of a particular city that geographically better suits a particular team then go for it.

Straightened it up and centred it.

Wasn't planning on actually doing that, it's more that you could maybe tone down the effects a little bit from now on, then there doesn't have to be any time wasting 😉

 

Can't be done I'm afraid, the amount of your pics I've badly wanted to replace for being dull and lifeless and haven't because they fit the brief and also out of respect for the amount of time it takes to put these packs together, well I'm feeling a lot less inclined to refrain from doing so from now on.

No offence like but I don't think there's anywhere near enough of a difference to be overwriting anything and what you're doing is a complete waste of a hell of a lot of my time quite frankly like.

@geordie1981 Just curious, what methods do you use for editing images like this? To me it looks like a bit too much contrast has been added in comparison to the original, but maybe that's just personal preference

 

I do like to brighten the images up slightly and reduce the shadowing a bit to make them pop otherwise they just look dull and boring to me. Like you say it's personal preference looking at your Gladbach pic I prefer mine for that very reason.

As far as I can tell, this stadium hasn't been demolished it's just being upgraded so no need for artists renders yet.

@dispatch Fish eye lens and any other distorted photos are an instant reject for me unless there's absolutely nothing else out there of sufficient quality.

This is an old pic, the stadium is sponsored by Caesars now and the Mercedes Benz branding has been removed.

@geordie1981, I'm not quite sure how it came to be, but this image and all bar 2 others in this pack are in jpg format. Transparent jpg format, actually.

 

 

Could you re-upload them please?

 

Sorry about that wasn't paying attention, didn't even realise jpg could have transparent backgrounds so just assumed they were all png.

@mons  I think this cut by maalivahti might slipped through the cracks what with it being made at around about the same time as the other one.

Yeah I just brighten and darken cuts when needed I very rarely touch the colours anymore because I know that mons likes to mess around with all that stuff and will usually correct cuts colour wise before adding to the pack.

@mons  Fair enough, I only did it this way because when I uploaded the England pack we ended up with two separate packs for essentially the same set of pics. Really could do with an upload all completed images options within each request.

Sorry to overrule @Qvordrup but there isn't enough of the stadium in shot for it to be an improvement and puts it out of kilter with the majority of the pics in the pack.

Better angle, but lower quality source images than current pics.

Fair enough, does it need to be overhead looking in to the stadium or will the back of the main stand suffice.
