#645457 ALL Issues with premium membership post here[read the opening post before posting]

Hi,
First of all, love your work. Thanks for doing it. Small problem though - my PayPal account was charged in May 2021, even though I'm sure I turned off auto-renew. Either way, I don't have premium membership access and my shop orders page has no record of an order. Can you please issue me a refund and make sure this doesn't happen in May 2022? Cheers.
