Pretty much same situation

You can't just go around kicking players no matter what force is involved. I would still class it under violent conduct (yeah I know there wasn't much violence involved which kind of makes me sound like an idiot).

2007 Laws of the Game:

Violent conduct

A player is guilty of violent conduct if he uses excessive force or brutality
against an opponent when not challenging for the ball.

He is also guilty of violent conduct if he uses excessive force or brutality
against a team-mate, spectator, match official or any other person.

2007 Advice to Referees:

12.34 VIOLENT CONDUCT
It is violent conduct when a player (or substitute) is guilty of aggression towards an opponent (when
they are not contesting for the ball) or towards any other person (a teammate, the referee, an assistant
referee, a spectator, etc.).

Two quite different definitions there. I'd say he was guilty of the second one (although again, it was more petty than aggressive..) no matter how much force was put in.

To simply put, he was stupid and could have saved himself a lot of trouble. The quicker the people learn to not react to Costa the better.

The licences aren't even that much of a problem, yeah it's a hassle but can be fixed with some editing. Which is what I've been doing since I got it, but now that I actually played it I find it terrible. So many passes that just go into a random space to no one, when you lose the ball switching player takes forever so you miss getting the ball back, if you're holding sprint forget about your first touch cause it's just going to bounce off you are just some little things. There's aspects to the game play I do enjoy, but it's not as good as it was hyped up. Animations and collisions are awful imo, presentation compared to Fifa is non-existent. Fair enough not having the licenses I can understand that but the rest of it is really excusable. Outdated rosters, poor game modes (H2H and Ultimate Team seem much better and simpler at the same time), I haven't tried Master League yet but that could be the only saving grace. Really disappointed.

With that in mind, anyone want to buy it on the PS4?

I'm back in the UK now so that's not a problem, just the hassle how they both are basically blaming the other one.
At first I think I gave them 2-3 weeks for them to find it, before they said it was lost. Got me to fill in a form for lost goods which then they were questioning the contents of etc and they've dragged it all the way till now. Last email of them was 3 weeks ago claiming it will be sorted within two weeks (by last Friday), I then emailed them again this Monday. Haven't had a reply all week so phoned them this morning and they assured me I'd get an email this evening but again nothing. Will call them again Monday and try do what you said

So I called them today.. Was told this will be delivered by Friday, I was like hold on, 4 months ago in May you told me it was lost, I'm not in Germany etc. So miraculously they have found it? Was told I'll get a call back later today but again doubtful.

Konami are definitely shooting themselves in the foot by releasing it with outdated rosters. Might sound petty, but you'd expect at least that for a 40 quid game.

ffs he keeps being gifted goals

I mean he's taking his chances superbly, fair play to him as he's not showing the pressure is getting to him. But this will lead to people wanking over him

Gabriel probably hates him because of the Brazil/Spain thing and i'm glad he was sticking up for his mate (Koscielny) but the little kick was pathetic. Would have rather he had booted him up in the air as still the same punishment.

To be honest, Koscielny as the senior player should have taken charge and told Gabriel to calm down. He needed a senior player like that to just tell him to leave it, Koscielny is big enough to look after himself. He was silly to let himself get drawn in with Costa

Damn that sounds a massive hassle. I'm in a bit of a shit situation as posted it with FastLane which is like parcel2go, so just a middle man sort of thing. When I call DPD they say they can't talk to me but to talk to FastLane, when I call FastLane they say they are waiting to hear from DPD.. so a massive circle

So still getting fucked around by FastLane/DPD. When I went over to Germany, I had a suitcase shipped end of May, as it worked out cheaper than taking it on plane, plus I had to get trains either side so was looking a lot less hassle for me. Week later nothing turned up, so found they somehow managed to lose it, been trying to get my compensation for it since (as I did insure it) but they don't even reply to emails much.

You said 'he launched himself into a lunging, two footed tackle, with his studs showing'. For one it's not a two footed tackle, as I explained, it's the fact his back leg comes through that breaks Shaw's leg. He's intent is to take it with his leading foot clearly. Tackles like that happen every week and there's nothing wrong with them imo, Shaw was just unfortunate how it all worked out, where his leg was positioned and the way and the force Moreno's trailing leg came through with.

Bullshit, he goes in sideways/scissor style, it's the fact his back leg comes through that does the damage. Well that and the fact he's off the ground as he's trying to get to the ball first, but you can't really put that against him, otherwise we might as well not tackle with any force

Haha fair play you actually found something but I'd have to argue (and drag a pointless discussion even further). He hardly screams yes, yeah he gets a lot more excited for our goals but it's more to the fact it's because it makes the title race interesting.

I know why he done it for Martial, and half understand it but I'll obviously get annoyed at it.
