MC - Juninho Pernambucano: Those free kicks, man.
MC - Xabi Alonso: Probably the best distributor of the ball in the world when he was at Liverpool.
MC - Ronaldinho: This goal.

FC - Henry: Nuff said.
FC - C. Ronaldo: Speed, power and height and an intelligent football brain.
FC - Ibra: Much like Ronaldo tbh, if only slightly slower.

Subs:

1 - Dudek: I'm glad to have watched that Champions' League final in its entirety.
2 - Baihakki Khaizan: Been a very solid player in defence for Singapore the past few years, his height is important as well, considering his shorter defensive partner.
3 - Kaka: Still brilliant, despite his lack of playing time.
4 - Fabregas: His injury problems really cost us dear all too frequently, but when he was fit, he was brilliant as well.
5 - Van Persie: Yeah, fuck him.

£12m is about right, considering his age, potential and nationality.

I think he's got the ability, and if Rodgers can man-manage him well and give him sufficient playing time I think he'll be a good signing. He scored plenty for Bolton and then was good at Chelsea under AVB when he actually played.

But for a player you probably can sign for free in the summer? (Tribunal and all, but likely for less than 12 mil)

Rodgers' probably thinking 'We're probably gonna get him in the summer, and we need a striker anyway, why not now?' and forgot about the '12 million' part.
