Why have you cut that as a 180x180 cut-out? Never going to be an improvement on the current cut-out at that size.

It's the same person, check his twitter account. I'm not suggesting anything (cough Borislav Mikhailov cough) but there are a few comments on there about how quickly his hair 'grew'.
