I just think they'd be more up for it than yourselves...especially if you made the play-offs and were looking to get that promotion. Always thought it was a shame when our LDV finals were at the Millenium Stadium whilst Wembley was being redone. Would you rather the FA trophy final "toured" some of the big grounds in England instead of Wembley or do you think it would devalue the competition more?

The Trophy final this year is a week after the playoff final, so would either be a party atmosphere (if we won the playoffs) or a damp squib. They're actually making the FA Trophy final and FA Vase final on the same day at Wembley this year, making it a non-league day, so a ticket gets you entry to both games. No idea who is left in the Vase mind.

To be honest, not many of the fans care about the FA Trophy at all, it's too much of a distraction and plays havoc with the league fixtures. Why is the semi final is two legged for example? one game would suffice. And replays take precedence over league fixtures, so multiple times we've had to have a replay and that has postponed the next league game.

For all the smaller teams, like Bognor for example, Wembley is the big draw of the competition. Even Halifax, who I don't think have played there before, so it would probably devalue it for those teams. But for us, trying to get back into League 2, the priority is the league so where the Trophy final gets played is really here nor there.

Can see you struggling against Halifax in the final, but I am sure the trip to Wembley will still be great! I think it's going to be a loooong time before we travel there again

Hopeful for our match away at Crewe tomorrow, we'll let them have the possession but hopefully hit fast and hard when we have the ball like we did when they visited us earlier in the season. Can see both of us playing in League 2 next season regardless of the result however.

Halifax are bottom half of our league, whilst we're 3rd so I'd be quietly confident in the final against them. We beat them 7-0 at home earlier in the season, although we did put in our worst performance of the season at their place a few weeks ago, lost 4-2. I'm honestly a little bored with Wembley, we seem to get there so often and it's a pretty rubbish place to play when it's only half full at best. Could be twice in a week this year if we make the playoff final a week before too.

2nd leg of the FA Trophy semi final for us tomorrow, Bognor at home.

We have a 1-0 lead from last weekend, so not expecting any issues at all given they play two levels below us. Halifax well ahead in their semi-final too against Nantwich so should be Mariners v Shaymen final at Wembley on 22nd May.

When I load the game, I click load previous save, the game seems to load but after the progress bar reaches 100% it just freezes and stays on the home page?? This might be my laptop but just wondering if anybody else has this problem. It happens a lot

This happened to me once last week. Hasn't happened again since, but I just ''force quit'' (I play on my Macbook) and restarted the game and it loaded up fine.

2-2. Shit result, had plenty of chances to win but ultimately another 2 points dropped and exactly the reason we're not challenging the top spot.

Guiseley away for us tonight, re-arranged game from our postponed Boxing Day match.

All but sold out our allocation, so 1000 Mariners roaring the team to 3 more points hopefully!

First leg of the FA Trophy semi today. Bognor away! They're two steps below us (I think) so expecting a comfortable day and a relatively easy passage through to Wembley (again.. snore).

We won 1-0. Scored inside 45 seconds and then nothing much else happened. Still a lot of catching up to do on top spot but solidly in the playoffs now.

Bognor Regis away in the 1st leg of the FA Trophy semi final on Saturday.

Home to Southport tonight, one of our bogey teams. We need to win as it's one of our games in hand, need to keep the pressure up on the top two.

York and Daggers look doomed to me. Can't see them catching anyone. 24 and 26 points from 34/35 games is truly awful!

I'm in a similar position to you guys in my save (with Grimsby), just got into League 1. I got torn apart on the first day too (5-1), so keep battling! Lots of loan signings (it seems?) for you guys, hope they're good enough!

What formation are you playing at the moment?

Shocking from Guiseley yesterday. The lad boots it after receiving the ball to play it back to the Braintree keeper, and scores (and then celebrates). Uproar then starts, obviously and Guiseley come to the decision not to allow Braintree a 'walk in' goal.

After the match, the Guiseley manager then has the audacity to suggest that it's the Braintree keepers fault, as he made no effort to stop it and was 'being clever', although you can quite clearly see the ball flies over his head and lands nearly on the goal line.

Hopefully karma will kick in soon and Guiseley can give their park back to the local kids after they're relegated. Awful.

Anyone been to see Grimsby yet?

I won't be, the bastards couldn't even be bothered to film it in the town, and SBC's accent is one of the worst put on accents ever, sounds nothing like a Grimsby accent.

1787 Town fans at Halifax treated to a total no show from the team. 3-0 down after 28 minutes, finished 4-2 in the end, totally unacceptable. Manager has lost the fans and some of the players by the looks of it. I watched the whole game on Periscope and jeez it was bad, uncharacteristically bad in defence. Huge game at home to Woking on Tuesday night. Title challenge has gone but have to make sure we finish 3rd at least.

Total madness. A privately booked coach told they can't go! I read it wasn't under any law but under the threat of reporting the coach company to some governing body or something.

All for a non league football match too. There'll probably be more fuzz there than home fans judging by this...

We're away at Halifax today. Should be a good turn out from our fans, expecting nearly a 1000 to travel. West Yorkshire Police making it as difficult as possible though, with mandatory no stopping for coaches within a 10 mile radius of the ground before kickoff and escorting to and from the motorway. Ridiculous how over the top and stuck in the 80s that police force is. There was no prospect of any trouble at all but now I can guarantee that there will be as the over zealous fuzz need to hit their arrests target to justify such a large policing cost.

I'll be tuning in from my base in the South West, hoping someone Periscope's it so I can watch!

Nope, he just has a bad addiction to Destiny. Sometimes he'll do like four or five raids in one day and he has actually done one of the raids 142 times so far.

All you need is a mic to let each other know who is doing what and it should be fine, I really don't see any problem there.

Crota isn't that difficult, its just a glorified strike. Me and my mate got past that first bit with barely any trouble on our own. We very nearly did the whole raid as a fireteam of three until this other guy rage quit for no reason.

The first section of Crota, the abyss bit was very easy to solo as a hunter with some fancy gear on. I haven't played the newer raid, King's Fall or whatever it's called but that was supposed to be better...?

I did the raids plenty of times with just joining a random group on LFG sites/forums. On release of raids I agree, needed a good deal of teamwork but, after a few runs it was pretty easy to play through with randomers.
