UPDATE (20/04/2022) :

- Updated to be compatible with the game's 22.4 version.

UPDATE :

- Minor tweaks (number of allowed substitutions, prize money).

- Added a stadium background pack for all teams in BP1 & BP2, and for some teams in NCH.

Step 1
Extract the downloaded zip file.
 

Step 2
Move your downloaded file to your Football Manager 2022 editor data folder: 

For Mac, it should be in : /Users/<username>/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2013/editor data/

(Create the folder "editor data" if it doesn't exist.)

Step 3

When setting up a new game, you should be able to see in the top right a dropdown box, click on it and you'll see a pop up showing the “fmf” files you just put in your “editor data” folder.

Tick the one labeled ‘Moroccan Professional & Amateur Leagues’, and then finally click ‘confirm’.

Unfortunately I have never made a backgrounds pack, and I don't know how to. 

Though I might look into it just for you.

You're correct about the num of subs. I'll make sure to fix it in the next update.

As for the source for the prize money, it was taken from multiple news articles who covered the compeition prize money, like this one :

The values I chose to implement are based on these numbers + certain fees to model several yearly grants that clubs recieve from the FRMF and from their municipalities. Though I might change it to only include the official prize money in the next update I make.

I've made another update that has some more minor additions and fixes, and I also created a kits pack for teams in the 2nd and 3rd levels.

I can't see the image you have referenced. But I assume you're talking about the competition logo that is almost identical to the one used for the ‘Botola Pro 1’. The reason I used a different icon instead, is because I wanted the second division's logo to look different and distinguishable from the one used for the top league.
