I want to create a custom cup competition for 10 specific teams from England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, and Northern Ireland to run alongside their usual league systems. The cup competition will have the same 10 teams every year.

Is there a suitable guide out there that might assist with creating a cup competition for specific teams from multiple countries? Or can anyone point me in the correct direction?
