I'm not entirely sure this cut is an improvement, but you decide. Still, the brightness is better, etc. @mons

I will use it for myself anyway 🙂

No,everything is fine about him…mons doesn't have anything with that.

Okay then. The dilemma arose because I see that this player was in the databases before this one with a picture, data, and a club that does not match the current one. That is all

Please check this player again. I think there was an overlap. I can't start the game now (I'll check tomorrow), but I'm sure that this David Petrovic (Red Star on loan at Graficar) has just been added to the game and has an id of 2000, etc.

@mons @bp89 I'll re-open some of these requests, since they're simply done bad in comparing with the quality of the sources.

You're probably right. Since you are more experienced and better at this, do it. 🙂

@bp89, it's not a bad cut but the source is good enough to easily provide an even better cut-out.

What cutting techniques and programs are you using? If you use remove.bg and photopea.com as per the below video, you can quickly get excellent cut-outs for free and with little effort 😉

Yes, much better!

The mistake is that I never cropped before removing the background, so for that reason I lost on resolution. It will be much better now. Thanks

Please, delete first one. I'm accidentally sent the cut in the wrong resolution. Cheers!

That's pretty much the reason across the board, yes. They're mostly good sources, so they can provide optimal cuts.

Remember, 250x250 is not an enormous canvas so ‘wasting’ 20 pixels or more in height of it on empty space or bits of the neck is to be avoided. In a few of them, conversely, you cropped exactly on the chin or just above it. LI suggest leaving 2-3 pixels beneath the chin or the bottom of the facial hair.

Thanks a lot. Can I try to fix the cuts or leave things like this until someone else fixes it?

@bp89, it's not a bad cut, but when cropping images you shouldn't leave such a large gap above the head; 2-3 pixels is enough.

Thank you. In order not to answer you individually on each of the cuts, I wonder if the reason for these other rejections is the same as on this one?

Does anyone know how to get the best possible resolution from this image? Also, do you think this is a big enough resolution for a quality cut?
The same goes for the other pictures from here, and the source is from this page.

The problem is that I can't find the original link of these original images anywhere, which would make the cuting much easier. If anyone could help me with this I would be very grateful to him!

If you're using Photoshop, I recommend downloading this action file, which contains a number of one-click actions for processes you'll need to use regularly when cutting - one of which is to increase the brightness.

It's a bit of an advanced technique and to be used with care, but in instances where one half of the face is shrouded in shadow, it might help to tweak the Levels (CTRL + L) and nudge the middle measure to the left.

I apologize for answering this only now due to obligations. I'm interested after downloading this file, how can I put it in Photoshop and use it? Is there a video tutorial? I'm not coping, I'm just getting started. Thanks!

@mons

Thanks a lot for all the possible advices! In fact, yes, I did not use remove.bg but I was guided from beginning to end by this video. Without exception, I "copied" every possible guy and did each of the cuts on him.

One more question, I'm interested in how you increased the brightness on the upper cut? Also, is it possible to reduce the brightness, say on the first cut where we see that the right side of the face is in the sun and the glare is strong?

I'll fix these two so I'll post the results later!

Not bad but the hair appears to be a bit more jagged than necessary. Can we have the original source for a better assessment? It might be that the source has had the background removed already and so it might be difficult to get better hair details. Another thing to keep in mind is the need to crop images much closer to the chin. You should only have 2-3 pixels beneath the chin - after all, it's a facepack not a face-and-neck-pack 😉 There also seems to be a bit of snow in the hair, but it could be related to the source tbh.

Otherwise quite a good cut, a very solid start 👍

Thanks a lot for the good advices!

Otherwise, here are the other cuts I also did ..

And I notice that in some pictures the neck is too pronounced. I'm still trying to figure out how to solve it. Also, I have a problem like with the second cut where the face is moved a little more to the left. I still can't figure out how to move my face to the right along the axis and straighten the cut.

I would like to ask, what is the problem with this player? As far as I understand, it is Milan Ilić from Crvena Zvezda (currently on loan at Loznica), but he is not in the game, so I assume that he was created in this way, but it is not possible to access his profile? https://sortitoutsi.net/football-manager/official/62070164/milan-ilic

Also, I have one question unrelated to this, and that is where can I suggest pictures of players who are not currently in the game so that one of the cutters can set that picture to game ready?

This is a different person with the same name, who isn't in the FM database as far as I can tell.

Images of the correct Michael Scheibenpflug are here if you'd like to request one as a source to be cut @Богдан Пејановић: https://sortitoutsi.net/comments/get/607988

Thanks, i'm apologize for that mistake

Here you go 👍

@Footygamer, there seems to be an issue with the link to this player's profile from his team's database page, wherein the link does not include the player's name at the end of the URL (like every other player). Once input manually, it's displayed as per the above paragraph, so it's a display issue, I suspect 😉

Problem is also with Nikola Knezevic (Red Star U-19). I can't  access his profile in any way. Can i get the link with the his profile on database, please?

Thanks a lot.

I wonder if, and if so, how to approach the face of Andrej Djruric (RFK Graficar-Red Star Belgrade B team, U-19)? it exists on the Sortitouts database, but it is not possible to access and download the image on its profile. If anyone can just send me a face. Thanks in advance

Hi to everyone.. I have a little bit a problem with facepak. I'm used Zeeland Regen facepak and by accident instead of only regens, i'm applied that regen faces to some of the players that sortitouts already have (for example 2000013783-Vanja Vlahovic etc). Luckily, thats not a huge amount of the players (maybe 4-5 those who had faces, the other ones doesn't). I tried to fix this with the FMXL, but unsuccessfully. Is there a possibility to solve this?
