I have just downloaded the changes file ....that works fine.

I believe you can use "primary" instead of "white" and the colour will be the primary colour of each competition.

DazS8 is there away to move the back kit over to the right abit as you can see on my screenshot the front kit arm is covering the 1st letter of the name
i have had a play around with the kit icon14 xml file but not getting really any joy its like that on some off me players names

No idea mate....Flut is the man for that

if you look at my screenshot you can see the kit at the back of the 2d kit sticks out like a sore thumb
i have put a black arrow pointing other 2 that it would be good

You need to change your back kits to SS Kits too

If anyone like SS' kits as I do here are a kits replacement folder so the skin adapts to SS' kits. Just delete the kits folder in the graphics/pictures folder inside the skin folder and replace it with this one 😀

how do I replace the default "paper" as is "football365" right now. I think I have found the right folder (boxes/news) just not sure what to do.

@mons, I've alredy posted here the content of my graphics folder, and it is ok, I never had any kind of problem with nothing in previous versions of the game.

In FM20, I had competitions logos and trophies in the same folder, one for every nation, and everithings worked well.
When I switched to the 2021 version, all the graphic (faces, kits 2d and 3d, competitions, backgrounds, cities, stadiums, etc.) continued to work well, but I realized that trophies were no longer loading. On the suggest of @DazS8, I merged all the trophies in one folder (named "trophies" ) and rewrote the config.xml code.
Now, it loads in the game all the trophies correctly, except those of the Italian competitions (maybe even from some other country, but I don't know how to verify this) for those competitions, it loads from the "default" folder of trophies pack...I can't understand why....maybe there is a .fmf patch file that I haven't in databases folder?

There was no need to rewrite the config....the config was fine
Also i did not tell you to merge anything....just use the pack I gave you
You are completly over complicating everything in my opinion

You have way too many sub-folders there, and there is a lot of potential for overlap and these kind of issues. If you have a separate folder currently for Italian trophies, remove it.

AGREED.....and most of those folder should be in the pictures folder to tidy it up.
