Flut skin is the best suited for complete use of all the backgrounds in the pack.
I use it personally and have worked with him previously to get all types of pictures to show in the game.

All balls and config are now in a folder named "BALLS"
Just drop this into the following.....sports interactive/football manager 2021/graphics/pictures
If you dont have any of the folders named then please create them first

I extracted to my desktop and they are in a folder....then just rename that folder balls and your good to go

This is in no way due to anything being wrong with this pack.
It is soley how the skin in fm21 is made.....once new skins are made they will appear fully.....I hope

This is due to the default skins at the moment and is in no way anything to do with the pack itself.
When new more detailed skins are released all will be good
