What skin you using 

Sorted it thanks anyway restored previous version from the games menu,only a season behind but happy with that .

I recently deleted my save game by mistake and then emptied the recycle bin also. 
I was wondering if there is anyway to get this game file back, I’m sure I have done it before but forgotten how I did it. 
Any help much appreciated.

How do you change the pic on load game from Xmas one to winter one ?

If i buy the  premium membership i can download the file instantly is this right,without going through each file individually ?

Dont know what is happening tbh have i got all because the first one took over 2 hours ?

Might be next week tbh still unzipping first one christ on a bike lol

PS once unzipped do i open each one or just drag each one into the graphics folder,sorry to be a fool i am no good at this

mons i have downloaded all files including update ones ,once i have unzipped them shall i just follow the steps on here where to put them.

Also should i delete all the other one's on my computer first ?

Ok thank you never used a torrent before so i will give it a miss clueless with stuff like this 

Here you go i meant graphics folder my mistake but knowing me I've set it all up in wrong folders.

I have done everything in videos on youtube but no faces appear in my game how hard is it doing my tree in now.

Any suggestions or a good step by step tutorial . I have unzipped the files put the files in my editor folder start the game -preferences- re-load skin with tick but to no avail.
