OK I haven't been able to find a single player on this list that I've been able to sign for less than £10M. I consider this completely useless since my transfer kitty is only £10M

I've have found on every offer I've made that the cost price is no where near (more than 3 - 5 times) the listed price on this page. Can we get an update? There shouldn't be that much variance.

As an example Bartlomiej Dragowski came back with an asking price of £11M instead of the listed £663k. That's not even remotely close in asking price.
