My assistant manager had 12 for motivating and 15 for man management and every time I took his advice on team talks he could get most of the team's confidence boosted. I decided through the editor to see what difference it would make if he was 20 on both, would he get all the players boosted? Well it turns out that following someone perfect in man management and motivating doesn't improve the confidence of ONE player and i'm almost halfway through a season with this experiment!

What set this experimenting off was constantly dominating games with a front 4 of Mané, Salah, Firmino & Mbappe, hitting 10-15 shots on target at least a game yet losing by one goal when they've had one shot in the entire game. You watch the match engine and half your saved shots were one on one with the keeper by one of 4 of the best players in the game, and this isn't isolated, it's every game! I've heard all the excuses for this, it's my tactics, thats rubbish, my tactics are good enough to dominate possession, keep them to one shot all game , and create 5-6 one on ones a game, the game engine ain't showing exactly what happened, then whats the point of a match engine if what you see you can't do a thing about cause its not whats actually happening. I could understand this if once in a while this happened, I could believe that sometimes a team would sit back, get lucky and score with one shot, but show me where thats happened for an entire season to a team since the beginning of football history. How hard is it to develop this game so that when I lose there is a frigging reason for it and not some shower you can't do a thing about.

Oh and another experiment that shows how messed your game is, ask anyoje, Salah is rubbish as an inside forward even tho an inside forwards instructiuons are exactly what his player traits are. I can help everyone with that, buy the editor and take his player traits off, then he'll play like salah. How pathetic that having the same player traits as the position requires will stunt said player into 6.5 or lower match ratings if you don't have him as a corner taker (which I purposely didn't to take away your get out of jail free card that boosts his rating if he gets an assist
