Hey Johnny's banned.
If you want to try rotating his face,
try using Ctrl + T. ( free transform ) or when you are using crop (press C) it is also possible to rotate
Swipe left and right, his face will definitely rotate, just select the layer that has a face
position the face straight ahead or at least not tilted like Gen Z when taking photos
