For Africa leagues that you quote, I will do but later. It's necessary to create all the competitions on these countries because they are not in the database.
For now, I have done the competitions of 14 African competitions countries that are in the database.
For Tournoi de l'UEMOA, it's impossible with only local players with the editor, so I would not do.

@DerkLucas For Oceania, yes the format of competitions change often for the little leagues. For the rules, I don't know, I have not looked yet.
I will do oceania leagues in last except New-Zealand. I will do NZ after the 6-7 best leagues in Africa. Perhaps end of week.

For the 69 new leagues, for my save glob-trotter, I selected:

- Europe: Albania, Azerbaijan, Bosnia, Cyprus, Estonia, FYR Macedonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lituania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro
- North America: Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Martinique, Panama, Suriname, Trinidad&Tobago

ATTENTION: Don't select more 69 updates of countries in same time! Otherwise, there is a crash dump to the creation of the game.
You must extracted the files .fmf directly in the editor data folder without the 7 subfolders.
You can select 77 of my updates (and all original leagues: 69+51= 120 playable countries) in same time (69 countries and the 8 Continental/International Competitions)

Changes to 06/02/2016:
- Update deductions points to Albania, Azerbaijan, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru and New-Caledonia
- Update 2nd division to Venezuela: 18 clubs in 2015 then 24 clubs from 2016 season
- Update format of the league for the 1st (13th in play-off from 2016) and 2nd division to Vietnam (8 clubs in 2015 then 10 clubs from 2016)
- Update format of the league to Congo (18 clubs in 2015 without relegation then 20 clubs in 2016 with 4 relegations and 2 play-off 1/2, then 18 clubs from 2017 with 2 relegations)
- Update format of the league to Sudan (15 clubs in 2015 with 1 relegation then 18 clubs from 2016 with 1 relegation + 2 play-offs 1/2)
- Update cup format to Uzbekistan
The last update will be after the release of the patch 16.3... but all competitions formats of the competition and all points deductions are now OK for the seasons 2015 and 2016!

You can select 69 countries and the 5 international/continental competitions.. Also, you must deselect 6 countries of your choice in the list.
You can play with 120 countries in same time (the 51 original countries + 69 updates of new countries) + the 5 international/continental competitions, no more, if not there is a crash dump at the creation of the game.
It's not my fault, it's a bug of SIgames which fix a limit since 3-4 years..
@sdbrook: no, it's because this year, the CONCACAF U20 is directly in the game, unlike other years
Also, it was a doubloon therefore I removed on my Megapack and created Baltic Cup for to replace and stay at 80 updates.

Before, i had just the opportunity to put the winner and the finalist of the opening or closing stage for the continental qualification.
But, after reflexion and tinker in the editor, this is now fixed and the winner of two tournaments are qualified!
I updated Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, Panama, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Belize.
For the first five named countries, winners of the opening and closing stage are now qualified for the CONCACAF Champions League!
If the same team win the 2 tournaments, it's so the finalist of the closing stage which qualified.
For Nicaragua, the only ticket is for the winner of the grand final that pits the winner of the opening and closing stage.
For the Belize, the ticket goes to the team that is best placed in the aggregate table between the winners of opening and closing stage.
Of course, if the same team wins the 2 tournaments, this is these team that is qualified for the Concacaf Champions League.
Thus, all North American continental qualifications are now conform to reality with the leagues!
I updated also Ecuador for the deduction points in the aggregate table and for the qualification in Copa Sudamericana (1st, 4th, 5th and 6th of the aggregate table are now qualified, like IRL and neither 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th like hard coded).
Improvement also for the continental qualification in Bolivia and Venezuela and add of the 4th division in Malta with a little modification on the rules from this season.
