First Review: Season 24/25 (Januery)

I started my carrear in December 30, 2024, before Treviso, I was a unemployed Manager. Treviso was seeking a manager with ambitious and aligned with direction objectives a long term. I can't refuse the opportunity, so I grabbed this chance to build a great success with Treviso (Until the moment, 6th position)

 

The club is in terrify financial situation, without money and low sallary avaible, so I have to work very limited and extract all of my players during the first season, trying to finish among the top three.

My players were very receptive and we matched some objectives and philosophies of how we put the tactic in action. Being a semi-profissional team isn't easy, having training sessions only on Tuesday and Thursday to play on Saturday.
