every single player on the team triggers the presses more often(except the centre-backs) and every single player tackles harder (except the goalkeeper).

The right back Sits-narrower, makes fewer runs, shoots less often and takes fewer risks.

the centre backs are actually going to be 2 BCB's instead of 1 BCB and 1 CB. both no extra instructions in possession.

the left back Stays wider, dribbles more and crosses from the byline.

the right defensive midfielder stays wider, but you could choose to not do it if it doesn't work. (I only did this because the right back sits narrower which could maybe help in possession if he stays wider instead, but with the new updates it could be different.)

the left defensive midfielder dribbles more and takes more risks. 

the right-winger stays wider, cuts inside with the ball, dribbles more, makes more runs and crosses from deep. out of possession I also told him, and the left winger, to man mark the left back(right winger) and right back(left winger) respectively. But again with the new updates and it generally not working that well anymore as i have noticed, you could opt in to not do that either.

the central attacking midfielder has no further instructions except for an out of possession instruction which is obviously the tackle harder and also mark tighter, i did this so he could specifically mark the sole defensive midfielder, if you were to come up against a 4-3-3. What i have noticed that did help at times when i was really struggling with other tactics was man marking every single midfielder and winger if they had any wingers. But it depends on who your opponent is and whether or not the wingers and midfielders are giving you a beating.

the left winger has no extra instructions whatsoever, because just like in real life i wanted raphinha to choose whether to sit narrower or stay wider (balanced basically) giving him more freedom, you could give him more freedom by instructing him to roam from his position and honestly i have not tried that out yet and maybe it could help even more.

and the striker has no extra instructions.

Think this is the best I could do, had some crazy games like an emphatic 7-0 win over PSG. 150 goals scored, 59 goals conceded. an average of 61% possession in 55 games played. had like 3 important players out for more than 4 months so automatically made it harder with rotation so decided to bring in marcos alonso in january as i didn't have any money to make any signings at the beginning of the season. hope this helps.

No i played them myself

around 54% across all competitions. 54% la liga, 51% champions league, 51% spanish supercup and 59% in the spanish cup

i only changed the tempo to balanced and the time wasting to a bit more often. And this only against big teams away from home. Otherwise i wouldn’t change much.

Well you could play your right defensive midfielder as a half back so that he would act as a sort of centre back, but then you would lose all control of the midfield. You could also convert the right back into a normal full back and maybe then he would contribute a bit more but then you would be more susceptible to counter-attacks, which in this game happens a lot. I did try it out with a normal full back in pre-season, but i started conceding a lot and the team didn’t flow as well. And i fully discourage Turning the right-back into a wing back because then you lose all control.

It is normal that the right back doesn’t contribute as much considering he plays as a centre back in possession and as a full back out of possession. His role is fully defensive. That’s why i put the right winger on stay wider and man-marking the left back so that when the right winger loses possession he at least marks the left back in which case he gives time for kounde to get Back into his right back position in defense.

An improvement on this tactic in my second season with barcelona: 63 played → W54, D4, L5 - 194 goals scored, 32 goals conceded in all competitions.

All i did was change the right centre-back to a ball playing centre-back. No extra instructions either.

Then honestly the only thing I can think about is reinstalling. Now I did do some research and it is said that sometimes when your on a normal pc that the sports interactive folder might not be in your onedrive but rather in the cloud. Other than that I don't really see any solution other than reinstalling.

Do you play on a mac or on a normal pc? With me, I play on a mac and all I do is I go to library→application support→sports interactive→football manager 26→tactics.

And I think that on a normal pc it's literally documents→sports interactive→tactics. 

Now it is possible that the tactic folder has not yet been made, so you would have to make that specific folder.

And normally when you put your tactic in that folder and then upload the tactic on your fm save it should work.
