I think the thing I love about FM is how real it feels, but for me this year this one blip is spoiling the experience . It probably does even itself out, but it needs fixing. I am sure they will

The one on ones that go in are mostly disallowed on my game.

Is it possible to place files on another file hosting service? Or place packs on the current file hosting service in one file with a weekly update?

Downloading from one photo is too long. Sometimes it gives an error.

For example, 900 megabytes of photos were downloaded for 3 hours. Upon completion, it gives an error.

Sorry, it's the best system for me as I update several times a week and sometimes several times a day. Once you get over the initial download, you can organise the mega folder by date and download only the files that have been added since your last visit. I realise that requires you to remember when you last visited, but it makes it far easier for updates.

This particular player also appears to be in FIFA with 56 overall ability. He's on 2 Wiki pages (doesn't mean much, true) and is linked to a news item on a club's official feed. My hunch is that he only came to the researcher's attention this year and was added then. I doubt there's a great depth in lower division Saudi FM research tbh...

Thanks, I've had a look in the DB editor - he's got a recommended ability of 61 in there. Pretty weird he turns up in the game as top division class!

A quick Google search takes me to the club's Wikipedia page, which shows him as having joined the club last month and gives this Twitter link as proof. I can't access Twitter at work due to a firewall, but hopefully that answers your query.

Additionally, and with the greatest of respect, I'm not sure the tone of your post is warranted. We're a fan page, we don't add players into the FM database ourselves after all

Thanks. However, people who use "with the greatest of respect" often show very little. It was a valid question and I never said anything about this site. As a facepack maker I spent an hour of frustration trying to find him.

This player has come out of nowhere and according to what you have found has been transferred down to the Saudi second division from al-Wedha, of the top division - I'm not confident that's the same player. But there's something going on in the FM database - there seem to be a few Gulf state players who have had stat bumps. This one seems the most extreme and, until I can find verifiable proof, doesn't even exist.

This guy is aged 25, is uncapped by Saudi Arabia, does not appear on any club website, cannot be found in a google search, is a new addition to the FM19 database, and yet has top division stats (134 CA 142 PA). Who is he? Where has he been? Why has he not featured in FM before?

As content creator, there should be an edit button somewhere which allows you to upload mirror links and also the original file. I can't see it as I'm not the content creator

Update: Despite this format being easy to produce (crop to a standard size and use a custom action in photoshop), unfortunately I had no contribution offers, placing the burden on me alone. That and my waning interest in the game has led me to close the project at about 10,000 tiles.

Hi, I might be alone in this but I find that FM's use of stupidly long team names - CF UD SAD Atletico Industrial Real de Bongo Bongo or whatever - distracting. I also don't really like nicknames, as they show up in the game and half the time you have no idea what team they refer to. I've kind of got a thing against accents, macrons, full stops etc in names as well - I want them gone.

So, aside from going into the Editor app and changing every single instance of my bugbears, which would take years, is there any way to open the database in a spreadsheet or app that would let me replace the terms wholesale, and saving it as an editor file to finish off in the Editor?

Solutions welcome.
