Hi all,
I'm managing gibraltar phoenix and have progressed from amateur and am now a professional club in my first season. I have offered players contracts but can only offer one year deals. Is this the normal or will this increase as my club improves? Hard to keep squad players for longer than a year and no point in paying transfer fees if a player can become a bowman after a few months
