It's simply that the other one is larger, even though it is not looking directly at the camera. I prefer not to have more than 1 pending image per person to avoid the possibility of different people taking on different sources without the other knowing…

@DDDNikolaj, these people have been cut quite recently and, since the person looks basically the same, they don't really need to be cut again, as per the guidelines. Do keep this in mind for the future, please 👍

I've moved your post to here, which is the right place for it.
You've downloaded four different files since yesterday morning, so I suspect you might have some installation issues if none of them work.
Delete what you have in the graphics folder, and use Winrar for Mac to extract the 2026.04 complete pack. You should have 541,000+ images in your faces folder, and it should work fine.
If not, please provide screenshots of your megapack folder, showing clearly the full path it’s located in as well as how many images are in that folder. Also, do you have any empty space where the faces should be, or the default black silhouette?

Update 2026.04 is now available for download.
Containing 5,770 cut-outs, it takes the total amount of cut-outs in the megapack to 541,828.
Before downloading, please make sure to refer to this thread.

@Snipe2irt Brightening darker images like this one always looks better in-game. The easiest way is to go to this tab in Photoshop:
and tweak the brightness slider.
There is also a Photoshop action file, available for download here, which contains a lot of common actions, including one for brightening, for ease of use 😉

@KenHumano, we want the player's face to fill the canvas for the 250px cutout, which would mean cropping the image along these red lines:
At the same time, we want all cuts to include a little bit of collar. Since in some sources like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
Here's a video of the process on how to nudge the collar upwards:

You didn't need to do this. If you still have the 2026.03 complete file, get the config file from there and put it in the faces folder.
