@CUTEZZZZ#1119, for future reference, when you have a lot of images to upload, then you should upload them as a pack instead of individually and save the both of us some time.
You can also upload up to 50 images per pack instead of just a maximum of 3 when done individually.

@manufs04, these are too small to get a decent cut from. Moreover, for future reference, when you have a lot of images to upload, then you should upload them as a pack instead of individually and save the both of us some time.
You can also upload up to 50 images per pack instead of just a maximum of 3 when done individually.

It's been cut recently, but it hasn't been added to the megapack yet since it's not been included in an update pack. I'm rejecting your source for that reason 🙂

I assume you mean that you're not sure how to do it. Anyhow, I'm not sure how I can help you in a more detailed manner than that 😕

@godoyazcona, a couple of things to keep in mind please:
a) don't use AI tools to enlarge sources. Using an AI image enlarger just “guesses” what certain pixels should look like when you make the image larger, and the result looks blurry/out of focus on certain details, with unrealistically smoothened skin, and unnatural looking hair/beard/eye/teeth details.
b) for future reference, when you have a lot of images to upload, then you should upload them as a pack instead of individually and save the both of us some time.
You can also upload up to 50 images per pack instead of just a maximum of 3 when done individually.

@emilkolega, we want the player's face to fill the canvas for the 250px cutout, which would mean cropping the image along these red lines:
At the same time, we want all cuts to include a little bit of collar. Since in some sources like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
Here's a video of the process on how to nudge the collar upwards:

@Daniel Ewe, can you please from now on collect these in a pack and upload them as such, instead of individually?

You had the full megapack, according to your download history. Then you decided to download and install the 2026.00 update pack 😕
No idea why you would do that, how you installed it, and how you managed to mess it up. Screenshots may help me identify the issue, but I would suggest downloading the base 2026 pack, and download and apply the subsequent update packs in order.
Edit: I'm seeing you also downloaded the new player update pack yesterday. Did you install it in a separate sub-folder, or in the faces folder?

@Mohraez, best to have the full-size source image.

No idea why. It'll be an installation issue of the pack you downloaded a few hours ago, because they're all in the megapack.

That's not really a very good excuse, I'm afraid; English is not my native language either. If you were not sure about what I wrote, then you could easily have asked for more clarity or used Google Translate, instead of not paying it any heed, not once or twice but three times.

If you're going to go out of your way to ignore the guidelines and my feedback, then I don't see why I should need to be particularly polite 😕

@ps_beldjs, do pay more attention. This cut has got no collar, and I specifically mentioned it in my above post 😕

The whole point is that you should aim to upload cuts in line with the guidelines, not those which you think look good. I can't help noticing that you didn't prompt me or another staff member that you had “realized it wasn't complete”. You've not replied to various instances of similar feedback before, so you can't be surprised if I think that you're ignoring us.
Just follow the guidelines, yeah; it's not hard.
#879305 Avtandil Mashava

You have 3 warnings. I have repeatedly asked you not to upload images like this, and you've repeatedly ignored it. Just last week, you said you wouldn't do so, and, predictably, did so again.
If it was a one-off mistake, or a genuine mistake, I'd ignore it, but if you deliberately ignore the rules, that's a different matter altogether.

Do this again, and I'll ban your account.
