Bit of snow on this one @justformodpack
Most of it will be removed if you put it through remove.bg again, but this will do to

Not bad @Tip@, but this contained a bit of snow, which is quite evident on dark skins, as well as needing to be brighten. This thread contains guidelines for what we're looking for in our cuts in terms of dimensions, snow, collars, face orientation etc. and video tutorials for each element.
I would recommend using remove.bg, which is a free online tool which removes the background to an excellent standard, for free and almost instantly.
Here's a couple of videos on how to use it, one when combined with Photoshop and another using photopea.com, which is a free online app so close to Photoshop that it has the same shortcuts, layout and icons.
If you don't have Photoshop, photopea.com is the tool I would recommend to use to tweak the draft cut produced by remove.bg. It's more powerful and versatile than GIMP and other similar tools.

That's what everyone else does, essentially, but they then also follow the guidelines and nudge the collar up if need be. If you have no intention of doing so, perhaps it's for the best that you don't upload them any more 👍

If you're able to cut, you're certainly able to nudge the collar upwards as shown in this video:
If you have no intention of doing so, I'd appreciate if you didn't upload cuts with collars.

@RakanFM, it's best if you brighten such dark sources and rotate them so that they are not tilted to one side.

@Magnus Steinkelsson, I remind you that all cuts should contain a collar and that images should be cropped around 2-3 pixels beneath the chin.

Shouldn't be an issues with the Japan team, as far as I'm aware 😕

Do you have the real name fix? If yes, you need to edit the respective entry in the Competitions and other Fixes.lnc file.
If not, your lnc file should include the below code, edited to your heart's content.
"NATION_LONG_NAME_CHANGE" 784 "The Netherlands" "English"
"NATION_SHORT_NAME_CHANGE" 784 "Netherlands" "English"

@biavva, not bad but:
a) for future reference, when you have a lot of images to upload, then you should upload them as a pack instead of individually and save the both of us some time.
You can also upload up to 50 images per pack instead of just a maximum of 4 when done individually.
b) please remember that we want all cuts to include a little bit of collar. At the same time, the ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
I'll fix this one myself, but please keep it in mind for any future cuts you may do 👍
Here's a video of the process on how to nudge the collar upwards:

Comments like this will get lost in the forum given how fast it moves, unless you quote whoever you're replying to so that they get a notification 😉
In this case, the situation can be addressed quite easily by adding a collar yourself:

@reiver, again, I remind you to upload batches of cuts in a pack instead of individually, and save the both of us some time.
Please make sure to do so from now on.

@theochiller, the ones I've rejected are either too small, or too low in quality, or a combination of both, unfortunately.

As explained previously @owusu26, all cuts must include a collar. Besides, the current megapack cut is quite recent and of good quality anyway.

For the pack not to be working, you will not have installed it correctly somehow.
Can you please provide screenshots of your megapack folder, showing clearly the full path it’s located in as well as how many images are in that folder?

Once downloaded, use Winrar to open it.

Can you provide screenshots of this ‘white blank paper file’?

And I have no idea how you can have a console version on PC lol

What do you mean by “my leagues won't update”? Screenshots would help.
As would images of the folders where you've installed this fix, and more info on what OS you're using.

@armavir, we look for our cuts to be cropped closer to the chin, nudging the collar up if necessary.

I've moved the wrong cut to the right timeline now 🍻

@sixxmessiah, the edges of these cuts is a bit rough and neither have collars. This thread contains guidelines for what we're looking for in our cuts in terms of dimensions, snow, collars, face orientation etc. and video tutorials for each element.
Can you provide us with the original source images without the background removed so that we can cut them accordingly?
If you want to give them another go yourself, I would recommend using remove.bg, which is a free online tool which removes the background to an excellent standard, for free and almost instantly.

@Tor Solvoll, once is enough.
Also, can we have the original full-size image without the background removed? It's easier for us to cut that way.
#778448 Diego Quintanar

I don't know how many times I've told you to add brightness on sources like this. There are actions for this available for both Photoshop and photopea, so it's just one click you'd need to do. Come on, man, it's not rocket science.
