We've had one of our pre-season friendlies in Holland cancelled because the mayor of the town where it's being held is afraid they won't have enough police presence to deal with 400* (*his words - will be shocked if it's over 100 personally) Argyle fans AND... a market they hold every week.

Fucking arsehole. Now fans, who have already paid money to go out there for the whole week, booked accommodation around both games, including the first, are fucked because they've basically got extra days to do fuck all.

The club are trying to rearrange the match somewhere else but, seeing as how it's next Tuesday (I think) time is running out.

In other news, we've beaten every lowly non-league team we've played this pre-season and have Cardiff at home tomorrow.

Taking a 50% wage cut as well if rumours are to be believed (earning ONLY £150k p/w now). Shows how willing he is to either leave, or leave to Everton.

I don't mind us not having many home Tuesday night games, our record in the league at home is terrible, haven't won at home on a Tuesday since 2015, even got beat by a Leyton Orient side who hadn't won at all in 2017 AND after their captain pushed over a ballboy infront of the ref.

I quite like the Chelsea kits to be fair, don't like the Huddersfield one, but then I hate the fuzzy dots.

I think we'd take a few to yours if it was a Saturday, we have a lot of fans living up north and that as it is plus you lot are a bigger club than us and it'll be a bit of a novelty compared to Accrington and Mansfield away.

On other news we've re-signed our best player on a new contract, even after him supposedly having medicals with Sheffield United and turning down a contract with Bradford!

So, just to crush any aspirations we had of following a successful promotion campaign on the pitch, our commercial department shits the bed (as per fucking usual) and releases the image of the new kit late, with a badly photoshopped sponsor's logo on it and with our new centre mid modelling it with a massive bulge because we're that tin pot off the field.

We've a few games against local non-league teams as usual, a home game against Cardiff because Neil Warnock loves it down this way and always brings his teams down, and then we're going to Holland for two games again to play an FC Twente XI and FC Emmen.

I voted today in the local elections, may be pissing away a vote but I didn't vote for any of the big parties, but for a local one because they actually give a fuck and get stuff done.

Today could, and may very likely be, the day we finally escape League Two, after 6(?) years, administration, coming within minutes of ceasing to exist, almost being relegated to non-league twice, play-off semi-final humiliation and Wembley heartache.

These are the days that we are in football for. Dicks well and truly out.
