Not sure if this is the correct place to flag Extinct clubs, but a few in the SI database are now extinct and others have returned to formal pyramid leagues in Scotland. Came across these as I was adding lower league player updates all the way down the pyramid. 

Loch Ness (Now Extinct)

Peebles Rovers (Season in Abeyance from all football - only announced this week, effectively extinct for game purposes in terms of a 2025/26 update albeit abeyance leaves the door open to return next season)

Broomhill (Now Extinct, as of this summer)

Upper Annandale (Now playing in amateur leagues, so not technically extinct, but are now outwith the Scottish Pyramid structure as they have withdrawn from the South of Scotland league due to compliance issues)

For all of the above, I have moved all players to their new clubs or released players given the clubs are not functioning. 

There are two reinstated Clubs that are shown as extinct in the game database (can add players via update but adding to what are regarded as extinct clubs)

Inverness Thistle (are in the database as extinct, reformed, now back in lower leagues for 2025/26)

Hall Russell United (are in the database as extinct, have been active throughout 24/25 and still active in 25/26, but were previously in abeyance when SI released the last game)

Data Update for Scotland (players, will get back to managers at some point) should be up to date as of today (against all publicly available information I could find), for Lowland, WoS Premier, 1, 2, 3, 4 and EOS Premier.

Highland should be easy to source when I get to it. Other leagues less so, but going to trawl all social media for all clubs once, then again once the window closes, and update as and when things crop up.

Loads of other contributors too at League 2 and above, but for now, Scottish data update is pretty accurate for a large number of leagues and clubs. 

Main issue as always is that a lot of players are not in the database, even if I know which club they have joined or left.

Sometimes this occurs when your disk space is running low, had same problem, and when I checked C drive capacity at load times, it triggered if very low. Problem I had was too many email pst or ost files saved via Outlook on desktop. Once I sorted that, no issues, but same error and due to disk space.

Thanks for EKYM, think this is the last of new Scottish pyramid sides, Inverness Thistle (different to Inverness Caledonian Thistle) have also now joined the lower levels of the pyramid. This is the only version I can find, sorry it has a background. Would it be okay to create this one too? Many thanks as always.

Thanks for the Cowdenbeath Central logo, much appreciated. Today, one other team was added to a lower league in Scotland. Again, they should make FM26, and when they do I will upload the files to the main pack submission, but would it be okay to create a metallic logo for EKYM FC? Thanks

Hi, there is a new club joining the Scottish lower leagues, but they are not in the SI database for FM23, so I can't allocate to a source via the normal forum. Would it be possible to create a metallic version of this badge? 

Once FM26 comes out I will upload the created file to the normal forum when the ID is known.

The issues a few years ago with sharing banner packs killed a lot of this off in terms of distribution. strangerthankindness and rabcp were both great at sorting it all out at the time. I use AI these days to quickly generate banners. Still working to get any AI to create video for dynamic boards. AI might be your best best for Al-Hilal.

Hopefully SI fix it, but in case they don't for any future files, noticed the CAS Elite U18 league in game has the incorrect number of teams. Game file has 9, real life has 11. Killie and QP are missing in the game and are in the second tier. 

In real life, the second tier has nine rather than eleven with the 9 being those other than Killie and QP. 

I think it is a legacy issue as Killie and QP went ‘elite’ at U18 about two and a half years ago, so it could be that was when SI locked the data down. 

The ‘Advanced Youth’ Third tier is also incorrect, in that Edinburgh City and Bonnyrigg Rose U18 play in that league, but Stirling Albion don't anymore, and there are eight teams rather than the seven in game.

Thanks for this @Footygamer , and apologies for the scarce information. I added him via the Glenafton page, and also added one more older prominent player at Cowdenbeath, but both were rejected via the New Player Submission moderators. There is also a Kyrzygh player I had tried to flag at Clachnacuddin that doesn't play for Clachnacuddin but someone has created him as new and he is still active. I am not sure who is leading on moderating new players, or I would reach out to them about all three. Thanks for getting back to me when so busy. 

OPZ Elite Blackout mate, it is a good skin. Not sure if on sortitoutsi but it is out there somewhere on the sites. Badges are the metallic pack from this site. 

As an aside, I have been working away at the data side, had about forty clubs reply directly in past two weeks to try get squads accurate for end of season. Still a few leagues to go but some teams significantly updated. Odd, as the main database has really good coverage of some leagues (North Caley for example), and really poor of other leagues (WoS for example).

His name is Adil Mukhtarkulov but he has never played in Scotland, and as per his transfermarkt profile plays for a team from his homeland, but that team is not in the database. Thought to flag for deletion.

Thanks mate, unfortunately, it doesn't have Scotland, and even though licensed, for some reason, it doesn't seem to work in my save. I should have been more specific, it is the Scottish ones I am looking for. I might have deleted the ones that come with the game for Scotland though, so it could be my fault, or maybe the Scottish ones with FM24 are just really basic this season.

Amazing work, thank you.  I wasn't sure if this was still possible. There was a great pack for FM21 or FM22, but not sure one exists for FM24.

Would be amazing if a similar pack was out there for FM24.

I think it is probably because I was Celtic and just simmed, so maybe the fact I wasn't doing anything but neither was the AI it led to them losing almost every game one season. It doesn't seem to have caused any issues yet though, and three seasons is better than one! I will let that SIM for a good bit and let you know if any issues crop up.

Not sure if it matters much in the sense it hasn't caused a crash, but I noticed when simming a career after various graphic updates and installing the latest data update, that Celtic B have ended up relegated via the Lowland League and still competing in 2027 in the WoS Premier. Hearts B seem to have ceased playing in the Lowland League in line with current expiry of that arrangement. Just thought to let you know, as don't know if the rule can exist that would mean neither B team could be relegated in the same way they can't be promoted? I guess that on the rare occasion this happens they are then stuck in the lower leagues forever rather than only being able to play in the Lowland?

Not sure there would be any potential longer term issue if other teams kept getting relegated into the WoS (in terms of max team allocation for those leagues).

Please submit once confirmed by official club sources. While journalists and media are usually right when it gets to this stage, the update can only be confirmed once one of the clubs involved confirms. 

Hamilton Accies wore a new third kit last night, no sponsor, best image on their official feeds is the back, but same as front other than the badge.

Squads, where possible, for EOS2, EOS3 and Midland updated. Just North Caley, North Premier and North Championship to go. Will then backtrack to try to capture any deals missed since I started the bigger update on the 20th December, then try to maintain at least until the window shuts.

Data update wise, to complement this brilliant file:

Lowland, Highland, WOS Premier, WOS1, WOS2, WOS3, WOS4, EOS Premier, EOS 1 and SOS all updated as much as I can source. 

I hope the much maligned new SFA comet system is public facing, as Scotland really needs a central searchable source for players. Some clubs have great data and social media, some horrendous. 

Found about 200 players that were in FM23 or earlier but are not in FM24 which is a shame. 

SOS is a shift, lots of clubs with very young local players nowhere near the database and some crazy scorelines when you start looking across the data. Would be aswell joining the WOS, and any team not willing would then be as well to join an amateur league. 

Will keep going, hope to finish EOS2 and EOS3 before the week is out. 

@Footygamer, hoping for some help with this one. He is a player, a high profile one at this level. Changed details, but he won't load in game at all. Is there anything I need to do? Thanks
