Some other info. I downloaded the complete 6.09 and it is the 1st facepack I have tried to use on FM14.

Hoping someone maybe able to help.
I have downloaded and installed the full version 6.09. I believe I have installed it correctly and I believe it is complete.
I have restarted the PC and have followed the instructions re the preferences options in FM itself. Still nothing.
I have attached a screenshot
Really appreciate any help

I'm new here. Firstly I wanted to thank you all for the fantastic facepacks and real name spftware, which have really enhanced my enjoyment of the game. I'm in my forties, so probably much older than you all.
I love FM and can't seem to ever outgrow it.
I have started my 1st FM2013 game managing Norwich city and am doing a blog about it at

I'm not one of those people who reads up on all the wonderkids and buys them etc, so don't expect miracles of me, but I hope you find it interesting!
