I've changed a flag for a nation. the same name, same size, same type.. everything is same

my large sized flag loads perfectly but the small one is unchanged.. it's the old one even though i've replaced it with the new one.. what am i doing wrong?

instead of bosnian cyrillic could it be in latin. top should state with capital FK, under it SLAVIJA and over the date 1908 it should be SARAJEVO
