my large sized flag loads perfectly but the small one is unchanged.. it's the old one even though i've replaced it with the new one.. what am i doing wrong?

instead of bosnian cyrillic could it be in latin. top should state with capital FK, under it SLAVIJA and over the date 1908 it should be SARAJEVO
