Not only is the flutskin more or less the same as in FM23 but also glad to report that kits, logos and balls all work well in FM24. Not installed the big files (faces and backgrounds) yet because I was impatient to play ! Hopefully they'll be fine. Loving FM24 so far, as it's not just the re-hash of FM23 that many cynics suggested it would be. FM25 will be awesome with the new match engine.

how could you import the skin ? I downloaded, put the unpacked folder into skin folder, but when i want to import it in preferences, it doesn't show up for me…

 

any help maybe ?

i have installed the full megapack with 400 000+ picture everthing work well but the dark face is gone so player with no face how can i have the dark face back pls ?

Could you not add Leeds to that list mate….

you need 2 images, inside stadium and stadium pics

 

they then rotate between the 2 on the right hand side

We become indebted to. The uniforms on the team profile no longer appear after installing 24 Season 2D KIDS. Also the scoreboard. I'm looking for the cause, but I haven't been able to resolve it. Could you please help me? Should I try again? 

By the way, I also checked reloading the skin.

click right on fm23 on steam, lanuch options - mine is set like this for a few years and I have 0 problems.

But I don't want to remove FM22 graphics,  because I plan to keep playing it in my long time Save. Can I keep the folder, and change it's name/ directory - and switch each time I want to play FM22 and/or FM23?

So I have the graphics packs (cut out, logos, etc) from the fine people of this forum.

My quotation, I used it of previous FM22, and download all the latest to match till the end of FM23, But due to limited space on the laptop - how can I properly utilize my current FM22 Graphics folder, and not copy all the previous graphics to the new FM23 folder? 

Oh no, really… Where would i find that? It has upto date squads and details? Im liking the sounds of this… any editors?

It is my intention to release v2024.00 around the middle of the month ahead of the release of the beta version of the game, uploading all the images by next weekend if possible.

 

It'd be great if the community could focus on cutting as many of the pending images as possible, especially those which are missing, so that they are added in the base megapack. Just giving cutters a heads-up so that they can aim to finish their pending packs and any pending requests they might have by that time.

 

I estimate it'll contain around 435,000 images, which is over 57,000 new images from 2023.00, which had just over 378,000. That's over 1,000 new images per week, let alone the thousands of improvements released during this period 👏

Ahh ok sound. Not really to bothered about fm23 now with the new game a month away. So will I be able to download packs straight away on fm24 just with it being a different game I wouldn’t have thought it would be a problem.

i reduced the size in the preferences and it wored!

This is my fvorite skin but i can't use it on my mac laptop. during the match the option (FM)the  button disappears and you can't change game speed or anything else. Waht an I doing wrong?

Couldn't agree more, I got such a buzz from picking the team, the squad, the transfers… the layout was like the old BBC Grandstand results table, it was awesome. 

Today's cartoon like  graphics demand so much CPU  resources, even though i'll never use them, I've grown to resent the game because of it. Thank god for the in-game editors to make it more interesting. 

But whether the monthly subs are a money grab, or to pay for the new engine, i'm not interested in it. 30 years of buying the new version of the game, year in, year out - looking doubtful to continue much beyond next year by the sound of it. 

 

The end of an era, which saddens me more than i'd care to admit.

This is my opinion folks, and not posted to begin a fight ,or generate abuse. 

 

Ive been playing this game since 1993 when it was a half season demo of Championship Manager. I loved the simplicity of it. 

However, I get all things evolve, and improve. The two don't necessarily go hand it hand. 

 

The tie in with Netflix is ominous. its a precursor of the things to come. I don't enjoy the mobile version, never have if i'm honest, and truly believe that this hike is to help fund the money spent on the new engine.

 

However, if SI gave up on the idea of in game TV/Matchplay graphics, they wouldn't need a new engine. It's only my opinion, but i feel the graphics are truly shocking, bordering on amateurish… if i wanted  a management game with graphics i'd play either X Box or PS. 

I'd much rather i could disable the TV graphics settings on new game install. not after i've loaded the game.  But, it aint going to happen, so here we are, steps away from a subscription to pay for the full game version if the tie in with Netflix works.

 

If there was another game out there that did what the original CM and early SI games did, without graphic s then i'll be off like a shot.  If they introduce a paid subscription for the full game, then i'll stick with the versions I already have.. including the graphics.
