Again, you've left too much space below the chin; you only need to leave 5 pixels at most, so that the face is taking up most of the image. This cutout would also benefit from being rotated about 5 degrees clockwise so that the face is upright and not at an angle, and there's also a lot of snow/poorly defined hair edges.
