Thought it might be feasible to win a Bronze at least, after winning friendlies without conceding against Turkey and Belgium, but all fell apart in the tournament itself. Might try again.

Results submitted.

Did the hard part, getting into the playoff with the last match of the season, but then went out 7-6 on aggregate in the semifinals. Still, it was an exciting end to the challenge, the first 95% of which I did believe was indeed impossible.

Incidentally, I don't know why my failures keep appearing so high in the leaderboard. I don't think I'm doing anything wrong in the submission.

That was disappointing. I nearly qualified for Europe, losing on penalties in the FA Cup S/F, but although I was in with a shout of qualification in the league, was never in top 7. I'm blaming injuries, and a lot of other things to deflect from just being bad at this challenge, at least this first one.
