Great Job mate!
Just two additions. For Hannover 96's third kit, you can take the last year's one. As far I didn't create it, I don't want to paste it here, but it was in last years Bundesliga Kit Pack.

That leads me to point No. 2:
As far as I can see, there are only a few kits missing for a Bundesliga Kit Pack:

Eintracht Frankfurt (H/A/T)
Werder Bremen (H/A/T)
VfL Wolfsburg (H/A/T)

Maybe someone is ready to accomplish Bundesliga?
