BLAH000 - Comments

So I downloaded the torrent file and when I extract it I get a pop up that says: "destination folder already contains processed file. Would you like to replace the existing file" so I clicked yes to all.

But the problem is that I'm on a new PC and I don't have any other folders. I've downloaded this face pack before on other PC's and have never gotten this pop up when I first download them. Is this normal? Want to make sure I'm not doing something wrong.
