Is English clubs allowed in this or like the 80's they are banned due to the stupidity of a certain football club

Tried downloading kits and they just don't want to work I have used a previous site before but for told this is the best and worth the money so I try and nothing will upload to fm 18 I have other that work in a folder but the ones I got from this site have the explorer mark I have extracted them and done everything right when I load fm18 up help please or money back
