@weeniehutjr yes most likely, but I'm working on finding a larger version of the same image, most likely the original.
I felt the quality of the current cut is very poor and this is easily recognisable upon first glance. There is also excessive lighting which affects the quality and appearance of the photo, especially in comparison to the other Bournemouth player photos.

The suggested cut has balanced lighting exposure and a higher pixel count for the same area as the current cut, so yes it is definitely an improvement. I didn't realise cuts are rejected simply because the player has the same face and hair.
Needs cropping but definitely a substantial quality improvement.
Is Neymar not working for anyone else? I'm using the full pack (9.10) downloaded as the whole thing in one go. Checked the config file and Neymar's ID isn't even included, so it seems intentional? However he has a player face in the folder so I'm confused.

Edit: Just scrolled up and found your previous reply, tried editing it myself to include the UID but still not working.

Never mind, just seen that a picture already exists. Must not have the most up-to-date version of the facepack!
Pre-Season
I decided to retain a similar pre-season plan, starting with three small clubs and then moving onto more established clubs. That game me time to experiment with using versatile players in different positions, and testing out different tactics and formations.

http://i.imgur.com/8skzO2P.png?1

Kicking off my campaign with a tired squad, we improved on Roger Schmidt's result with a solid 1-0 win away from home. I decided to go with a 4-2-3-1 and Javier Hernández worked well as a lone striker, scoring a neat goal from just outside the penalty area.

http://i.imgur.com/99Wj8hb.png?1

I made just 4 changes to the squad, so the majority of the team was match fit, and it really paid off! No fewer than five different players got on the scoresheet, including a sensational goal from Yurchenko from 30 yards out.

http://i.imgur.com/Ng8SLyj.png?1

A sensational hat-trick from Chicharito capped off a fantastic performance from my team. I decided to switch to the 4-4-2 and Mehmedi took advantage of the Deep-Lying Forward role with great effect, scoring a goal and creating another.

http://i.imgur.com/c9ou3XN.png?1

I chose to play Dinamo București in order to get a look at their centre-back, Ionuț Nedelcearu. However, he didn't put in a good performance and we ended up dominating possession - we probably should've scored more goals in truth.

http://i.imgur.com/kl919g9.png?1

As fun as it's been watching Hernández score every game, I decided to rest him and give Joel Pohjanpalo a chance to impress, which he took well. Robbie Kruse gave me a headache by putting in a man-of-the-match performance.

http://i.imgur.com/hx9467k.png?1

The second big friendly of my pre-season preparations was against Vitesse, and it gave me a chance to take a closer look at Thomas Buitink and Mitchell van Bergen. Again, sadly neither of them impressed and we just ended up dominating the game. Chicharito returned from his rest to score yet another hat-trick, and continue his sensational start to the season.

http://i.imgur.com/D7khobg.png?1

This was the first game that I got to introduce my favoured 4-1-2-3 tactic. Obviously the squad needed some time to adjust, but we put in a fantastic first impression and, of course, another two goals from our resident goalscorer.

http://i.imgur.com/qwlsvZI.png?1

I decided to revert back to the more comfortable 4-2-3-1 for the big game against Ajax, and it paid off. As if from nowhere, Hernández decided to stop scoring and put in a mediocre performance, so it was up to the midfielders to win the game. Super sub Pohjanpalo helped us seal up the win.

Introduction
After playing as Bayer Leverkusen last year, I'm really looking forward to giving it another try. The team is made up of a fantastic blend of proven experience and exciting youth, which allows the club to immediately start challenging for the most significant of trophies.

My objective while at the club is to continue their long tradition of generating profit and at the same time maintaining their competitive status. I also hope to win the club their first major trophy since the DFB-Pokal in 1993. The long-term goal for me is to learn more about the German Bundesliga, and this may result in me eventually moving to other clubs in the league to expand my knowledge.

I'm starting the game with Transfer Budgets disabled, as I want to work with the squad that the club have in real life.

Just posted Leverkusen in the Official Kits thread - https://sortitoutsi.net/forums/topic/175/ss10-13-official-kits?page=121#comment_357228

worth searching that forum as there might be other individual clubs that have been done whilst you await the arrival of the pack for the whole league (eg Bayern Munich home & away seem to have been done)

Thank you
Not taking sides with anyone but I really hope the German Bundesliga kits are done soon. Such a big and important league, I play as Bayer Leverkusen every single year on every single FM and it's incredible that this, my favourite kit supplier has so many lower league kits but no German Bundesliga! In fact, I haven't been able to find any Bundesliga kits anywhere on the internet!

Its best to start a career and play a few months then you'll know if you're gonna stick at it or not.

I'll give that a go then. If I get to January in a game and I'm enjoying it, I might decide to start another story
Because I'm the worst at sticking with games

So yeah, I most likely won't be attempting any more career games.

Huddersfield Town: Dimitris not an option as

Dimitris the Great: Konstantopoulos started 40 games for the Borough last season

Dimitris Konstantopoulos' agent announces that his client will not resume
talks with Huddersfield Town following a dispute in previous negotiations.

Reportedly, the terms offered by manager Paul Scholes came nowhere near to the
Greek's expectations, and both sides were left furious by proceedings.

Agent Panagiotis Pitsikalis has sworn that he will not permit his client to resume
talks with the club in the future, due to the result of the previous negotiations.

Rangers hero Lee Wallace set to
sign for Huddersfield Town

Ranger Danger: Wallace has had a fantastic season for Rangers

Huddersfield Town have finalised the signing of Rangers star Lee Wallace.

The left-back commanded a £350,000 fee but comes with a sterling reputation,
having played 120 games for Rangers in the last 4 years and scoring 11 goals.

"I'm very happy to be able to confirm this signing, Lee is a fantastic talent and
he is exactly what we have been looking for here at Huddersfield." said manager
Paul Scholes in a press conference.

Wallace has played 8 times for Scotland, and will reportedly earn £8,500 a week
at his new club.

Huddersfield Town confirm signing
of young prospect Sean Mackie

http://i.imgur.com/Ur85nSK.png?1

http://i.imgur.com/ZCGrfEK.jpg?1

Leap of Faith: Mackie was a hot prospect at Scottish club Raith Rovers

Huddersfield have secured the signing of 17 year-old Sean Mackie from
Scottish club Raith Rovers.

The club demanded £44,000 up front for the player, but the fee has the potential
to reach £115,000 due to various clauses.

The transfer process was orchestrated by Stuart Webber, the Director of Football
at Huddersfield Town and currently in charge of signing young players for the
benefit of the club's future.

Mackie, 17, played solely as a left-back for Raith. He is a product of the club's
youth system and is expected to be a decent Championship player in the future.

Huddersfield Town A.F.C.
Team Report
by Frankie Bunn, Assistant Manager

Introduction
I'd like to start off by thanking you for appointing me to be your new Assistant Manager, and I look forward to forging a strong working relationship in the future.

Club Background
Huddersfield Town (aka The Terriers) were founded in 1908, and have played at the John Smith's Stadium since it was built in 1994. Huddersfield are one of the only four clubs in English football history to have won the top flight in three consecutive seasons (1924-26). As well as these honours, the club has won the FA Cup (1922), Sky Bet Championship (1970), FA Community Shield (1922) and Sky Bet League 2 (1980). As you can see, it has been a long time since Huddersfield have won a trophy and as a result any trophy you win during your time here will almost certainly make you a club legend.

The club's local rivals are Leeds and Bradford City, although we are currently experiencing a fierce rivalry with Sheffield Wednesday. You will be harshly judged by the fans on your results in these games, so make sure that you respect them.

Finally, the club has a strict philosophy that has become tradition over the years. The club ensures that it retains a very high majority of Homegrown players, and part of the way we have achieved this is by maintaining excellent youth facilities through which we can bring in our own players. You will be judged by your ability to give our young players a chance by the board, and you will be praised for sticking to signing Homegrown talent.

Backroom Staff
Following your decision to retain the existing club staff, we will continue to operate with a Director of Football.

First Team Squad
Due to the club's financial restraints, you may only be able to purchase one or two new additions to the team.

http://i.imgur.com/jmmztov.png?1

Therefore, I would recommend that you invest in cover for the Left-back position, as new signing Jason Davidson is currently the only player we have with the sufficient quality to play well in that position.
The squad could also benefit from higher quality in the goalkeeper department, following the departure of Alex Smithies to Queens Park Rangers.

Finances
Huddersfield Town are not rich - if anything, we are in rather a perilous financial position compared to most Championship clubs. However, given the profit made by former Huddersfield manager Chris Powell in the transfer window, the board have allocated the following funds so that you may bring in players to suit your playing style:

Transfer Budget: £2,000,000
Wage Budget: £10,000 per week

Given the financial situation of the club, the board advise that you do not spend excessive amounts of money and you will be judged harshly on your management of the wage budget.

Season Expectations
The board expect you to achieve a mid-table finish in the Sky Bet Championship. You will also be expected to reach the 4th round of the FA Cup and the 3rd round of the Capital One Cup, although the board's main focus will be on the Championship and they will expect yours to be, too.
The media have predicted Huddersfield to finish 20th in the Sky Bet Championship this season.

We as a club wish you good luck, and the board wish me to make it known to you that you have their full backing should you need it.

No, I've been a big fan of Donnarumma for a while now as a Goalkeeper Coach, and I thought he'd link up well with Daniele Rugani (and perhaps Matteo Darmian) in the future.

If people haven't figured it out already, this career story is pretty much kaput. Starting a more challenging story soon, so keep an eye out! I won't be moving too far from Manchester
Great to hear, I hope my story gives you some ideas Chris!

REVIVING THE RED DEVILS

So, a quick summary.
I should be posting updates around once a month (in-game time). I know that people tend to do less, but as this is my first game and I'm managing a club as simple and straightforward as Manchester United, the effort is going to be very much in the detail for this one. I have plans to start a more challenging story in the future!

TRANSFERS

http://imgur.com/EYTSeLz.png
The first thing that I noticed when checking out Manchester United's backroom staff, was the lack of a Head of Youth Development.
Having a Head of Youth Development is vital to achieving the philosophies set to me by the board.
Phil Cannon was unemployed, and accepted a very small salary in comparison to most Premier League staff in the same position.

http://imgur.com/ug5RK1g.png
Gianluigi fits into my plans perfectly, as he can learn a lot from Sergio off the pitch and keep De Gea on his toes in 4 years, after Valdes departs.
He was immediately put on an individual training focus to improve his Handling, and has been placed in the U21 squad.
I managed to sign him for just £1.6m on a Youth Contract, which will become a £3.5k p/w Full Time contract in February 2016.

http://imgur.com/CXCCPUy.png
Similarly to my previous signing, Daniele is from the Serie A in Italy. Perhaps the start of a future Italian defense core?
His current ability places him alongside Rojo as a "Rotation" player, but his potential is massive!
I've put him on an individual training regime to improve his Agility, but he's still injured for another 3-5 days.

FIXTURES

http://imgur.com/91KhEab.png
Not a good start to my campaign. Schweinsteiger (CM) put in a good performance but everyone else played terribly.

http://imgur.com/C7sCWBD.png
A poor showing against a League 2 club. James Wilson (ST) came off the bench to win the game with a screamer.
Young (LWB) and Valencia (RWB) put in good performances from their unfamiliar positions.

http://imgur.com/N9eqyoJ.png
Good showings from Herrera (CM), Carrick (CM) and Valencia again (RWB), but still struggled to take advantage.

http://imgur.com/1MFsG7r.png
Another bore draw, poor performance all around. Shaw (LWB) and Martial (ST) were the only exceptions.

http://imgur.com/sqFEP1Y.png
The scoreline didn't really do us any favours. We conceded a lot of free kicks, which they converted well.
Rooney (ST) scored the only goal, and had a penalty saved that would've brought us back to 2-2.

http://imgur.com/px9t8Fb.png
I'm not sure if it was my post-match tantrum after the Udinese result, or the change in tactics, that won this game.
Memphis (LW) had an incredible game against his former club, collecting a goal and an assist for his efforts.

-

PERFORMANCE

My team's recent form has been pretty poor, compared to how it should be.

http://imgur.com/ehIXSs1.png

James Wilson has got off to a flying start, and I'll be featuring him in some Premier League games at the start of the season.
Marouane Fellaini has also impressed me so far this season, despite getting himself sent off and suspended for 3 games.
