This cut has the same issue as pointed out previously. Refer to the comment made previously through the link down below.
https://sortitoutsi.net/graphics/browse/1/491762/timeline#comment_633739
One more thing worth noting is that if the source itself is not big enough for a 250px (usually indicated by huge loss in quality once you enlarged it), you may want to keep it as a 180px instead.

Appreciate the effort on attempting but you may need to check on the snow issue.
Please refer to the tutorial offered by the forum from the link down below.

Specifically for this cut, you have snow surrounding the whole cut. You may want to check your cuts in a black background in the future. Attached I have a pic of your cut in a black background.

In terms of using sources on transfermarkt, replace https://img.a.transfermarkt.technology/portrait/header/ with https://tmssl.akamaized.net/images/portrait/originals/
in the url. This will help you extract the full sized image on the site instead of the usual 181px limited on the site.
Have the full sized source here, use it for a 250px cut

Much better
Edit: although there was a thick outline of snow (still better than the original 180px cut), I have made my attempt to fix it, should be all good now

Sorry I was a bit too late on this.
But in terms of using sources on transfermarkt, replace https://img.a.transfermarkt.technology/portrait/header/ with https://tmssl.akamaized.net/images/portrait/originals/

A better source from transfermarkt.
To extract the full size image, as taught by weeniehutjr , replace https://img.a.transfermarkt.technology/portrait/header/ with https://tmssl.akamaized.net/images/portrait/originals/
in the url.

made a rash decision on just closing down the space beneath the chin and fixing the snow(partly, my ability is still training on this one) of the original cut. Should have started from the original source

@janedwinssen I hereby apologize if my comments on minor issues or misjudgment made your day a bad one.

@mons the source used for this cut seemed to be the 150x150 from sofascore, which would be better if it was made into a 180px, or would you have other method to make it into a 250px?
#633456 Quentin Zilli
Ttggfr
@mons something like this?
Edit: While I am reminding people of the most common mistakes such as snow, finding a better source, I am still learning myself on the preferences, such as less preferable for hats and sunglasses, sleeves and such, please educate me on these preferences and I can learn to fix these as well
#633452 Quentin Zilli

@janedwinssen @mons
I believe this was the source you were using?
Please check the right hand side (our left, right of the cut). seems like part of the sleeves were wrongfully removed, which was quite often for remove.bg users

I believe that you are cutting from the youtube video thumbnail pic, and please check the indicated area of your cut under a black background. Sometimes the people making the thumbnails of youtube vids may not mind small details like this lol.

@mons not sure about this one, is pointing fingers within a cutout acceptable should there be no other adequate source? or we may need clone stamping of some sort?
#633415 Gianfranco Ugarelli

@mons @12345cieza
two things for this cut
1. snow around the hair
2. not sure if the source is more suitable for a 180px than a 250px

@Mateee no one is saying that your work is not tedious. But we are just saying you could have used better sources for several cases, which you probably should have. Making several cuts does not mean you can discard the quality, especially when it is something that you could have easily done.
Also, if it is in terms of sheer quantity, look at the numbers of how many graphics submission that @mons @Baja and even my total number of graphics submission and try again.
No one is disrespecting your work here, but you are doing a disgrace to yourself by putting in such attitude when someone actually made attempts to fix your work, such as finding a better source for you, fixing your cuts etc. If someone made legit claims about your work and helped, just take it, admit that you could have done better, then move on.
Time and time we have to have this debate and it really is tiring for all of us involved, and I believe you are feeling the same way as well. You have been focusing on how tedious your work is, which we all believe it IS INDEED tedious, but TEDIOUS WORK DOES NOT MEAN YOU SHOULD NOT STRIVE FOR QUALITY. Which it is the point we CONSTANTLY trying to put across.
Again, we all made bad submissions, and we all made mistakes, but how you handle it shows how mature of a person you are.
It is time probably for all of us to learn and grow up from this incident and hope you have learnt not to make the same mistakes again. You as a staff member, should be acting maturely instead of a spoiled kid who only excuses himself from mistakes.

@allanfcl the cut itself is definitely not a bad cut but is not an improvement compared to the existing one, especially when the existing one is 250px and the cut you provided is only suitable for a 180 px
@mons
#633199 Albert Parody
Ttggfr
@mons @tv_capper not an improvement compared to existing one.
You may also want to adjust the cut so that the cut does not seem to be in a diagonal shape
#633140 Koby Arthur
Ttggfr
@mons could have been a 250px though you may want the 180px as a placeholder
#633137 Daniel Gabrielson
Ttggfr
@mons @LFCYNWA
You may want to fix the thin outline on the left(our right, left of the cut).
Although I understand it may not be as simple as using remove.bg to try and fix it as the original source seems to be pre-cut.

@Bl0ck I cannot control what the other cutters produced (I tried to offer advice and critics but got battered multiple times lmao), though I hope the new cutters can try to stick to the standards as close as possible, considering the sources you cut from is not that bad based on my observation. (Although sometimes it was not the cutting technique, but the source is just too bad but still the cutter decided to use it, then………..)
Of course the current ones would still be better than nothing and quite a lot of blurry cutouts I see in the obscure leagues. Though you may send me the sources in private messages and I will see if I would want to do any fix.
After you used remove.bg the cuts you produced in this pack already improved a lot. Should you work on other requirements you could be a good facecut producer.
As for the algorithm thing you mentioned. I would pray day and night for it so that the site can deal with the 150 pages(each page has 50 pics) worth of source. Unfortunately I am nowhere near blessed in terms of IT and programming.
#632837 Hlib Popchuk
Ttggfr
@Bl0ck same for this one, the chin.
You may want to check the rest of the pack yourself, but another tip for doing these cuts would be to rotate the source before cutting such that the cut may look better. You may private message me or the staff members around here for guidelines

The same too much space beneath the chin issue here
#632834 Oleksandr Bokarev
Ttggfr
@Bl0ck as promised I am here to check.
For this cut it seemed like you have left too much space beneath his chin. Refer to the guide for more details. Usually there is just 2 to 3 px beneath the chin.
