Well if the quality of the cuts were not good not only would you be facing criticism yourself but you would also be increasing the workload of those who have to fix your cuts. Not to say that if several dozen cuts were bad then people would have to fix much more.

I prefer quality over quantity for this reason, well-understood that if your cuts are bad you are only not helping but causing trouble.

When someone makes legit reminder or critics, learn well to take it. I certainly did not expect someone who did not understand this simple logic is a staff member that has the right to issue warnings and ban accounts.

Good luck on finding sources and hope you do well with rest of your cuts.

I know you tried, but sometimes I faced the following scenario.

1.When I can find better sources within 1 page of Google search.
2. Sometimes it was just too obvious to be ignored

Did I constantly come to you, finding sources cut by you and targeted them to criticize? No, sometimes I even cut the better sources for you, just like what I did in my Tanzania pack.

And I am not a staff member, I am just a fellow using the site hoping to improve the quality of the cuts. YOU yourself as a staff member should be the one who is abiding and maintaining the standards around here, at least for your own work.

Sorry if my legit opinion and criticism offended you, but I guess if the mistake is genuine, admit it and move on.      

I will see whether other cutters can fix the cuts of yours. Whether it is myself or @mons or other members idk.

I am not sure of which staff would be in charge of updating the fm database on the site though so I am not able to refer you to someone who can address that issue.

But for the latter one, I am not sure whether it is possible for this scenario, did you apply editor data in your save? Or it is legit in the FM official database, but only missed out in Sortitoutsi? 

@Bl0ck  may I ask you what technique you have used to cut these Icons?

Quite a lot of them either has jagged edges and/or white outlines and/or parts of background not yet removed. Check your cuts on a black background and it would be obvious. 

Should you do not know how to do a cut properly, or not sure with the standards of the cut (e.g. do not leave much space above the head and beneath the chin), refer to the tutorial guidelines offered by this site through the link down below.

I see two players with only the surname and name becoming swapped having the same source so I got confused.

While I appreciate that someone made attempts to fill in the missing images of players and staff that is within a region where sources and information are scarce, please make sure you have sources that are acceptable and you do your cuts carefully instead of having to rush for a cut. No one is forcing you to submit cuts quickly, by uploading faulty cuts you would only increase the workload of others, especially the staff that already has a lot to deal with. (And people like me who goes around and identify these issues)

@Mateee  not sure about the right collar (our left, player right) as a part of it seems wrongfully removed. May I have the original source as a reference to see if there is any fixing that I might be able to do?

@ssllmmccn Of all the sources available you selected definitely not the best one for this cut as the first search result was transfermarkt and it already has a much better source

@Rdzin there was a thin white outline surrounding parts of your cut, I would fix it for you this time but next time please check your cut on a black background as refer to the videos provided on the forum.

Yes, and therefore am not confident on making a good cut for this source. 

@mons original source seemed like this one, but since I do not have the technique of clone stamping, I am not confident on working this myself

@giovannidoko16  when your source photo is smaller than the current cut I do not think it would make much of an improvement even if it might be more recent

@mons required your attention since I am not too sure how to enhance the quality of the pic to an acceptable quality 

It was reduced to a thin transparent layer for the right side.

But that was fixed in your latest cut so no worries.

@mons you should actually reject this one as there is a microphone within the cut
