Anyone still think we have no right to complain about Benitez? Seems we were right since day one!

I'm pretty sure everyone on here understands why you're complaining about Rafa. Fans pay the money, have a right to voice their opinions.

Everton 1-0 up at City, Fellani, what a beast.

Glad I'm not the only one - I hate all songs to that tune. ^

Especially "we're team X, we'll do what we want". Cringe. Hear it at Swansea a lot but they're not alone.

Tonight, 9pm, Sky 1.

Not sure what it'll be like with Warwick in it, but can't wait nonetheless. As long as Ricky and especially Karl are still on top form, that'll be enough

Aye, I still remember going to that Carling cup semi against you guys that finished 5-3 or something. One of the best games I've ever been too.

Hah yeah, 6-4 it was, I went too.

They're winning 1-0 now, Benteke. Been a very low quality game though.

For some reason, whenever there's a midweek round and we're at home, it's always on a Wednesday when every other game is on Tuesday. Not sure why.

Massive few days with Bolton at home tomorrow then the six-fingered inbreds on Sunday.

Latest scores :

Barnsley 0 - 1 Burnley
Brighton & Hove A. 2 - 0 Bristol C.
Charlton Athletic 0 - 0 Peterborough U.
Derby County 0 - 1 Cardiff C.
Hull C. 0 - 0 Crystal Palace
Ipswich T. 1 - 0 Nottingham F.
Leeds U. 1 - 0 Leicester C.
Middlesbrough 1 - 0 Huddersfield T.
Sheffield W. 1 - 1 Watford
Wolverhampton W. 0 - 0 Millwall
Blackpool 1 - 0 Birmingham C.

1-0 Milan! Watched most of it, they defended very well, although the penalty decision was wrong. Massive win for them. Two defeats in only a few weeks for Juve..

A few fans with a stupid banner is different to the whole ground booing, chucking their season-tickets about and chanting for him to go.

That was after over a year of complete sh*t. If Rafa ruined Chelsea anything like Kean did here, do you think it would still be a minority with 'a stupid banner' in November 2013?

I don't either.

The two don't compare.

Very true actually. Kean had been here a year, not 3 days, by the time that infamous Bolton game came around.

(For the record, I've not got a problem with Chelsea fans doing that, they're the ones who pay their money. Just interested to see the media's reaction to a big London club doing it rather than a small club up north.)

Sickening abuse. Like I said earlier, let's see whether their fans are slaughtered in the media. I'm guessing not, double standards and all that.

Sky Sports understands that Joshua King has agreed to link up with Blackburn on an initial loan from Manchester United.

It is believed that the agreement will be made permanent when the transfer window re-opens in January.

But then apparently Berg and King have bother denied that so I dunno.

Either way, he's not a great finisher but he's rapid and has bulked up a bit in the last year. He's a pretty physically reliant player, rather than technical (if that makes sense).

Yeah, I know what you mean. If you've got a bit of pace in this league you stand out, the quality isn't great. Will let you know how he gets on.

It's a loan which will be made permanent in January from what I've heard.

Do you mean with an option to buy or it'll definitely be made permanent in January, regardless of how he does? He better be good then!

We have a huge squad.

+1.

This thread is painful to read at times. And not because of any Liverpool fans.

I'm praying that Arsenal and Celtic (if they qualify) don't meet in the next round. Literally no clue who I'd be rooting for.

Who did you support when they played each other in a qualifier a few years back?

They're awesome. Montella in charge, three goals in two games now for Aquilani, Pizarro controlling the midfield...........pretty hard to take

Saw some of Inter-Cagliari. Was a good game, Cagliari defended well and looked threatening on the break. Inter should have head a penalty at the end though (it looked just about inside the box).

I came to the conclusion a while ago that his success at Blackburn (and a few others: Bentley, RSC etc) was just a one-off. There's quite a few who peaked in that Blackburn team and have been living off past glories ever since.

Maybe. But that could be turned round and you could say only Hughes has been able to get the best out of them . But I know what you mean.

Bar a decent season at Fulham, he's done nothing since. Can't see that Tony Fernandes sticking with him - they're not even in danger of getting cut adrift from 17th place anymore, it's 19th place now that they're miles behind!

Brilliant performance and result from Rovers. Rhodes is absolutely lethal, his finish for his second goal was excellent, made it look so simple.

We may have only won one of the first four but it's been clear Berg's had a positive impact on the team already, we're playing much better stuff. Formica, amongst others, looks a completely different player and we're looking a lot fitter than we did under that pr*ck.
