yes I tried to clear the cache and reload the skin, but the issue remains. Thank you for your help. What I need is just to confirm its not a skin issue. I'll re-install the face pack to see if that would solve the problem.

yes sure please see attached. Actually, the player faces became like this after a game crash, then I found the new patch just released. I don't know if its related to the update, but it seems the cutout faces I downloaded cannot be mapped into the game. +

The facepack I used is the cutout one. After the FM 23.2 patch was released earlier today, a lot of players faces disapeared no matter using Flut skin or default skin. I wonder if it was the issue on my end or not. Thanks!
