Can't seem to find the 22.01 changes pack anywhere. It states that there is a 19mb file with 706 changes but every link just directs to the complete 7gb pack

Well after following official SI Games advice I deleted cache, preferences and validated files through Steam then started a new game and the menu lag was gone. However after I install the dbc, edt and lnc folders exactly as instructed the lag issue come...
Anybody else receiving serious menu lag after update 20.2.0?.. I've followed official help by deleting cache, preferences and validating files. The problem seems to start when I install the licence fix
