I'd like to play a Juventus save with all real rosters across all European clubs – and also have the winter transfers be historically accurate. Is there a way to do this?

I think there is a way to disable transfers during first window, but does that apply to all clubs or just your own? Also, once the winter transfer update comes out , is there a way to start a new save at the beginning of the season, but then have all transfers be historically accurate according to the update? Or do you have to start your save after the winter transfer period ends?
