Can you add career plans to players that dont have any career plans if you are a supporter on patreon?

I cant seem to find any chinese super league kits anywhere. 2d & 3d kits for csl would be good. are there 3d csl kits out there at all for the chinese league?
mate this is great effort. but the western conference wild card - semi final - final isnt working. i think its something to do with the "exhibition" match that u put in instead of the wild card. if u can fix this i will download and play this db...
it would be cool to have the 3d version of these kits too. i cant see any 2016 ones anywhere
