Of course. As the instructions said, I completly deleted the dbc, edt and Inc folders and replaced them with the ones from the .rar file in the 1901 folder. I also repeated this step with the 1900 folder to be sure

Thanks for the quick release. I just installed it and started up the game as I wanted to start the Beta with the German national team, but it's still not selectible. Could you check this please?
