I've just downloaded an updated facepack.. do I just unzip them in to my current facepack folder or put them in a separate folder?

The stadium is listed on facilities as "moving to..." but I can't actually click on it but for example I can click on Roots Hall (current stadium) and the picture for that shows up as information.
