It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

If it's this, then you should click on to download in the middle of the page. On the subsequent page, check the tickbox to the left on the rar icon, then click download selection. It's working fine for me and I don't have a rapidshare account

You can take a screenshot by pressing the print screen button on your cupboard and pasting the resulting image in paint and saving the image. You can then attach it to your post by using the add attachment at the bottom of the add comment section.

As in the graphics that did download from the megapack are on the game. but the megapack didnt fully download so obviously not all the pictures are on the game. so the problem i having is the megapack isnt fully downloading.
you could download packs individually is it not possible to do that anymore? i have a premium membership as well.

I suspect that what you are seeing are the default player faces which come with the game and not the ones from our megapack. To repeat and clarify, if you don't download our file fully, then you won't be able to extract it and therefore you won't get any of the images therein.
You can download packs individually, but as a premium member it makes much more sense to download the whole megapack outright...
I'm using Chrome on a Windows Vista, and it's working fine. What browser and OS are you using?

No because 60% of the premier league players have faces...... the default images in the game premier league players don't have faces

No, once 6.01 is out shortly, you just need to download it to be fully up-to-date...
Have you had any luck since then? Try resetting your modem so you can perhaps get a more stable connection.

I downloaded the 6.0 full pack torrent completely (6GB), but when I unrar it with Winrar, the following errors come up:
"CRC not correct. The file MEGAPACK 6.0\10287.png is damaged"
"Header of file "???" is unfixable"
The rarring stops then and I got only 521 items in the folder.
When I try to unrar it with Winzip, the followin error comes up:
"Erro: unable to process the headers in the archive...", I have to click OK and Winzip closes.
What should I do?

I've never come across this error before, but it seems that the file is somehow corrupted.
I've found this workaround on this site, but I've no idea whether it works.
"WinRAR has a built-in function that lets you bypass CRC errors. During the normal process, the extracted file is deleted once the error occurs. Right-click the RAR and select "Extract Files..." to open the general options window. Under "Miscellaneous," put a check by "Keep Broken Files." The file saves to the folder you specify, despite the CRC data. Many files will not work using this method if they are too damaged, but some will.

Owing to the huge size of the megapack, the game will take a good while to load the initial splash screen till it loads up the game start screen. You just have to be patient. I generally use the time to make a cuppa

There's hundreds of people who have downloaded the torrent file and this is the first time I've heard of anything like it. I use torrents for other stuff myself and they don't just disappear. A bit mystified here tbh
I'm certain there's already a Ledley King cut-out in the MP. Perhaps one of the users still running FM12 can give you his UID and you can use the megapack search tool to find. Alternatively, if you manage to find a more recent cuttable source, you could request him in the improvement thread as per the rule in its OP.
The config.xml is included in the download files by default and is the file which "maps" the cut-outs to the persons in-game. Without it, the game can't read the images. You can create a new one yourself by using fmXML or you can wait for the upcoming 6.01 update pack to be released and you can use the config file included therein.
Have a look at the OP and make sure that the preferences in-game are in the way depicted in the screenshot displayed.
