Have you made sure you installed it fresh and not just overwritten folders? also, make sure you clear your cache and reload the skin after a fresh install...

Yup. After last time I was pretty thorough. Deleted, cleared cache, reloaded skin. Did it twice to be sure.

OK then buddy, what resolution are you playing at? And have you replaced the panels in your main FM folder before (instead of your skins folder?) That I know of you are the only person missing panels.

Try this fix for me just in case.

Somewhere in that thread there is a possible solution to missing panels, it requires replacing a panel then clearing your caches and reloading then putting the old panel back in, the instructions SHOULD be in the thread above.

My screen's natural resolution is 1920x1200 so that's what I play everything in. I've not tampered with the panels in the game's FM folder. Having read through that thread there seems to be a vast amount of issues with varied resolutions opposed to the mod creator's native resolution.

Edit: Found the section you were referring to and it did indeed fix the issue. For anyone with the same issue here's the workaround:

1. Backup your club overview panel in your skin folder ..\my documents\sports interactive\football manager 2014\skins\better_panels_official_default\ (or dark if you use that version) for windows.
2. Download this: club overview panel.xml
3. Move that file to your skin folder and overwrite the existing panel.
4. Go to FM14 -> preferences -> interface
5. Untick "use caching to decrease page loading times" and also clear cache.
6. Reload skin. (Hopefully your club overview should work now, without you being able to change the contents of most of the boxes.)
7. Replace your club overview panel with the backup from step 1.
8. Reload skin in FM14.
9. Tick "use caching..." if you want to use it.

Want to try and nail this skin once and for all so I can get onto porting BluescreeN or Neue.2.

OK, fixed transfer centre button and language issue on selection screen. As for resizing the team logo in the background unfortunately the container/widget wont accept and height and width value so you can either have it normal size 180x180, stretched to the whole screen or nothing at all

I'll see if there's a way around it but it won't be in this next update. I've also added two skin folders so people can choose between the new and old panels (hence the file size)

07/03/2014 - Updated to 3.1

1. Fixed language bug on selection screen.
2. Fixed transfer centre button.
3. Added option to have original panels (it'll be in your skin list as 'Nuu Rebooted (Old Panels)'

If you have a high resolution or play at 75% zoom the new panels are generally better looking and include club stadia images
If you are playing at a mid or low resolution and play at 95% zoom or above, the old panels may be better suited to you to eliminate scrolling issues.

Any bugs yet again, please let me know.

Mini update.

This fixes the last remaining bug I know of, I will start on the next skin in the list, BluescreeN. As usual I will carry on supporting this one so if there's any bugs you notice, keep letting me know and I'll get to fixing them.

8/3/2014 - Updated to v3.1.1:

1. Fixed issue with instant results popup having no background, now you should be able to read the text clearly.

Noticed a few things, not sure whether they're easy or difficult fixes tough.

Some panels of the match preparation screens are darker than others, not really sure why, here's 2 examples:

The other bug is sometimes it won't display the position information for a player, and will for others. Really inconsistent, probably a "better than default panels" issue again of some sort:

It could be a problem with the panels in regards to player position. Try with the Old Panels version and see if its the same. If not, then it is. If it is, then I'll fix it.

As for the darker panels and whatnot, it's because I took the panels out for the match screen that these use (I do still have the original Nuu ones from the FM13 skin) and so the skin reverts to using the dark-widgets skin for these images. Thats why they look so out of place. This is one of the niggly things I mentioned that needed fixing, I only took them out as a cheap workaround to the language bug on the match screen but I can begin putting them back in as I now have the Translation ID's I need to stop it happening.

I will get round to those few fixes that still need doing once I'm done with my original skin, Vexillium, that I'm doing at the moment.

I will try and get it working with Nuu before I get it working with Vexillium.

It' will look a bit Nuuish still daytime as thats what I used as a template to work from, it wont look quite as samey by the end hopefully.

Hello.

I really like the Nuu skin, it's the only skin so far i've found that doesn't make the game look worse than it already is.

I have a problem however, I can't use Nuu because it completely breaks the kits color changes and now every team that doesnt have a proper 3rd kit shows up with a plain white 3rd kit. Help?

Also, this white kit only shows up on the club page. When selecting the club before game starts and when going to the Information page of the club the white kit doesn't show.

Edit: Found a way to fix it from a post by mons.

Try this fix - it worked for me in ArtDekDok's panels and it was him who suggested it - I take no credit.

open "club overview panel.xml"
find "club overview kits panel"
in this file have 8 line <widget class="client_object_viewer_xml_panel" ....... file="club overview kits panel" ..... >
change "client_object_viewer_xml_panel"
to "club_overview_kits_panel"

open "team container information overview panel.xml"
find "<container class="subsection_box" priority="3" >" line 988
change "<container class="subsection_box" priority="3" >"
to "<container class="subsection_box" priority="3" id="tiki">

I only did the part in green because i couldnt find the file or anything similar to that file in your skin so i just ignored the second part in red and everything seems to work fine.

If i accidentally broke something by doing this and havent simply noticed yet then please do let me know.

Loving the skin so far. World needs more classy looking cool skins and less weird carbony stuff.
