English Leagues wont load!

I cant load English leagues on the load up screen - it shows an ! next to it and when i scroll over it says...

Require maximum of 20 teams for Premier League, found 21
Require maximum of 22 teams for Blue Square North, found 23

Anyone else having this issue, can I fix this?

You may have an extra file loaded that's messing it up, the English leagues are set correctly.
