But yea, I'm fuming with that result. Arsenal looked ordinary. It's our own fault they got back into the game, our legs just seem to go on us when we get to 60/70mins...

Imagine if you'd just had a very tough Champions League trip to Turkey in midweek too rather than 7 days to prepare for it...

We also had more attempts and more possession, so not too bad considering what happened last season.

EDIT: I'll also add that we completed over 100 more passes than Everton with 202 of them in the final third, Everton managing just 120. And on the subject of long balls/passes, we attempted 21 where as Everton attempted 47.

Didn't say that about us at all? I did of course watch the game which is why i wanted to point out how poor Everton actually were and that a draw was probably fair, even though the second goal was so clearly offside i've no idea why the linesman didn't flag.

2nd goal wasn't clearly offside at all. Every single replay of the incident has been at an angle. Not 1 single straight-on view has been seen (which the linesman had), and at most he was half a yard offside with defender running out. Hardly a "farce".

Everything were shite at the back though, way too panicy. McCarthy couldn't pass either

Aye, personally it wasn't immediately obvious that it was offside.

We did shit in the 1st half, and on that performance we deserved to lose.
But Everton have only themselves to blame for fucking up so late in the game.

Teething problems atm, we'll iron those issues out in the next month or so.

QPR were so bad yesterday, they just sat back and let us have the ball. None of their players looked interested from the first whistle.

Also, I remember Joey Barton having a go at us after we lost 6-0 to Man City last season, saying we wasted our money on our players and that he could beat our midfielders.
