It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

As you may appreciate, we have no control over your internet speed or provider, so if it's a problem at their end, then there's not much we can do

As I suspected, the files have not been extracted yet. It's a bit like buying something from the shop, not opening the packaging and wondering why they don't work
Same goes for the icons pack.
As an aside, I am also the creator of the Real Names Fix file, which is shown in your screenshot, and you also need to read the installation instructions and follow them carefully, as it won't work like that, either.

I'm sorry for being so incompetent. I'm usually very good with computers, but where can I download 'Winrar' from? Lots of different things appear when I type it on Google. I've downloaded some things that say 'Winrar' but they're different. Could you link a site to download it from?

In cases, such as this, where SI have included images of players which are not in our megapack, these should be displayed in your game anyway.

edit - Just after posting I've found that there are 2 FM2015 folders. 1 within *username* and the other in *Public*. I'm in the process of moving my image data into Public and will see if that works.
edit 2 - All working now. For anyone else having a problem with images, first make sure the folder is in the Public Documents, not your user documents.

Some of those images have been deleted from the config file and from the torrent download, due to them being mistakes, duplicates etc. So you're good to go

I transferred my save over to my new laptop, and also transferred over the face pack, and put it into the graphics folder etc., and ticked the correct boxes in the preferences menu, but the faces aren't there.

Just to clarify something if this can't be resolved: if I repeat the download process for the Facepack and logo packs etc. on the new machine, will they work in the existing save?

I'm not the best person to ask regarding Dropbox issues tbh, so I can't really help there.
But all graphics, including this megapack, will work even if applied after starting a new save-game

How large is the file you downloaded? It's possibly an interrupted download and you'd have to download it again...

The file you're looking for is in fmf format not pak - no idea what devtools is either, especially in this context.
To be honest, I really don't understand why one should go to such lengths to get this season's images. If it's just for 3/4 pixels' worth of this season's kits, then that point is moot as soon as the game starts since players can easily move clubs in the game world, thus losing the relevance of that point. If there is a particularly old image, it'd be much easier to point it out or find a newer source to include in the megapack in the future.
