It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Do all the correct preferences and nothing shows up. Any suggestions?

Check if the folder with the images has a config file in it. Some of the individual league packs might be missing them as they are often meant to be added to the megapack and mons deals with the config file. If it's missing you can create one easily with fmXML.
You should double check the preferences too so the caching is disabled and then reload the skin. Also if you have changed the saving location from the preferences you should move the images there instead. I would suggest doing that anyway since the space is often limited in the system drive and by changing the location you can pick where to save the additional graphic as it can take quite a bit space. I have like 15GB of custom graphics in use right now as an example.

Did you download a single photo posted in this thread or is it a cut included in the megapack? If it's a single picture not yet added into the megapack then you would need to modify the config file and add the cut there as well. Or you could just wait for the next update.
EDIT: 7.01 seems to be out, so if you haven't downloaded it yet I would suggest you to do so.

Apologies for the delay in replying. It could be a problem with your internet; perhaps it's cutting out and not allowing the file to download file, which prevents it extracting fully. It could also be our servers, in which case trying in a couple of days may see the issue being solved.

Remember, you should have one folder and one folder only with ALL the images in there + config.xml. You should not have a separate folder for update packs.

I have 7.01 downloaded and the pic in my folder i just dont have it in-game, might just wait till the next update, i have downloaded kits since i downloaded the 7.01 update and the kits work fine, cant figure it out

EDIT: I had an old config file in the folder which is why it didn't work, i have since used the new config file provided and it works now, thanks for the help and quick responses

New players created by the game does not appear to face drawn as the old FM14. Appear the same in black.
My game is 100% original.
The extras are exactly the same as it had in FM14. Logos, facepacks, (sortitoutsi 6.0 and 7.0 complete), Kits and everything worked well.
I do not have anythig new player created by the game to face drawn.
I did search for players with 15,16,17 years and the faces are all black.
Already removed the facepacks, and the problem continues.
What could it be? - Who will help me? - Anyone ever had the same problem?

In my under-18 team, there is no regens. I do a global search filtered to players below the age of 17 and only black guys show up.
