Decided to start new save with West Ham 2 days ago, I'm about to enter January 2015.
Here is the season so far,
League table
As you can see our home form is brilliant bar loss to Arsenal and Man Utd. Away is shocking and players making mistakes at wrong time
Best result so far
Transfers
Has 3M to spend so I blew all of it on Lucas Romero

January 2015
Kicked off 2015 with a 2-1 win over QPR, we was lucky to escape with 3 points as they was all over us. Downing put us in the lead after his free kick crashed into the wall outside the box, and managed to get it back and did one two one with Valencia just outside the box and slammed it into the net. We was awarded a penalty on 62nd minutes after James Tomkins was tripped up in the penalty area, which Noble booted it into left bottom corner to give us 2 goals lead. An mistake from Valencia on 69th minutes led to QPR getting one back through Hill's header after Valencia missed heading the ball.
We faced stubborn Sheffield United in FA Cup third round. We was all over them and just couldn't break them down until Valencia got us the only goal on 19th minutes, they didn't deal with Matt Jarvis's cross into the box which it went centre of the box and Valencia booted it in top corner.
Another game where we battered Swansea with 25 shots taken at goal and 17 was on target. We went behind as Gomis beat Cresswell in the air to head in. We went 2-0 down on 28th minutes with goal from Sigurðsson, Adrian parried his shot to byline for some reason, Gomis picked it up and passed it to Sigurðsson and put the ball into the net.
Valencia pulled one back for us after heading in Stewart Downing's cross. Valencia turned into assist which he beat Neil Taylor down the left hand side and cross the ball in and Zarate headed it in to level the score. Gomis got his second goal against us as he headed in Sigurðsson's corner kick which hit the post and went in. Ravel got us the equaliser on 74th minutes, beating Wayne Routledge to head in Cresswell's cross. We should have snatched a late winner but Andy Carroll blazed it over. I felt bad cos assistant told me to get the team to mark Sigurðsson closely but I ignored him /o\ Ended up getting MOTM against us.
Disappointed with Mark Noble's performance against Burnley, gifted them the first goal and got sent off in second half for double booking and we literally fell apart afterwards
We face our biggest rival, Di Matteo's Millwall at Upton Park, we was all over them but shooting was a let down for us. We went down to 10 man on 78th minutes as Reid got sent off for double booking which I was worried incase they smelt blood and gunning for the winner but no
We are drawn against West Brom, away in FA Cup fifth round.
We beat Everton, 3-0 thanks to brilliant performance from Morrison and Noble.

February 2015
Started the month with a 1-1 draw against Arsenal, we has better chances against them. We was awarded a penalty on 39th minutes which Noble, has his penalty saved. Somewhat we was awarded another penalty 1 minute later which Noble, this time converted to give us a shock lead. Arsenal pulled one back with Depay scoring inside the box on stroke of half time. We has decent chances to grab a goal in second half but Szczęsny was in good form to keep them in the game.
Suffered 2-1 loss to Man City despite us taking the lead through Noble's strike in second minute. Dzeko level the game with a offside goal
Another poor loss
We faced West Brom at The Hawthorns, We took the lead on 14th minutes with an wonder strike from Morrison, and we should have doubled our lead but keep fluffing our chances. West Brom level the game with 4 minutes remaining after Anichebe pounced on Adrian's mistake to take the game to replay.
Zarate hat trick against Crystal Palace was the difference between two sides and we deserved to win the game.
Our replay match with West Brom, Jarvis and Valencia's performance was superb against them and both scored and set up eachother
We are drawn at home against Burnley.
Another loss this month
Barclays Premier League table
Sadly, I can't see us getting the Europa League spot
Transfers news
In January transfers window, we managed to sell Carlton Cole to Bolton Wanders for 1.5M and Kouyaté to Sunderland for 4M. Now we managed to balance the books up and now 4.1M in black, where we was 3.8M in red. Now we're also 120K under our wage budget (899K) and spending 772K on wages, still hoping to get it down a bit.
Other news
Aston Villa have been taken over by tycoon.
Johno
Disappointed not to get few good youth players
Best one - Paul Hassan.
Will be looking at my HOYD recommendation to sign other.

March 2015
Another big match against Chelsea, we went behind on 30th minutes after Cresswell didn't clear the ball away and found Chelsea's Sami Khedira and he booted it toward the goal and found Diego Costa and slammed it into the net to give them the lead. Brought on Zarate at half time as Sakho was playing piss poor.
Enner Valencia got us the point on 68th minutes, getting onto the end of Zarate's pass to score. Semi Khedira injured Zarate with 4 minutes left, only striker on bench was Andy Carroll and he could have been our hero in the last minute of added time but ended up hitting the post from few yards out /o\
Only goal from Matt Jarvis against Burnley saw us go through to semi Final of FA Cup. There wasn't a lot to say about the match as it was boring like hell
We are drawn against Liverpool
Lost to Liverpool as Mario Balotelli headed in Jose Enrique's cross on 22nd minute. We came close to getting a point but somehow Sakho hit the post.
We started brightly against Newcastle and Krul was in great form against us. We went behind as Jenkinson gave away a penalty on 30th minutes which Cabella converted. Sakho got us level with a close range finish on 48th minutes. Newcastle went down to 10 man on 75th minutes with Colback getting sent off for double booking. 2 minutes later Jarvis, put us in front after heading in Valencia's cross. All of sudden Newcastle was level 3 minutes later, after we didn't boot the ball away which Santon passed it to Rivière and crossed it toward the goal and Papa Cissé headed it in.
We stepped up in gear and scored 2 late goals from Noble who made his 275th appearance for West Ham and header from Tomkins.
Barclays Premier League table
Pretty happy where we are at the moment. Southampton also won Capital One Cup, beating Man Utd 2-1.

Just signed this American regen on free transfers, he just been recently released by LA Galaxy. Came across him when I noticed he was playing for some Adidas team thingy and I couldn't sign him as he was protected for MLS draft or something like that. Unfortunately his work permit has been turned down, but I'll willing to take gamble on him and wait til he gets work permit.
Johno
No brainer. Hope we can finish the season on high.

April 2015
Mixed feeling for me apart from 3-1 win over Liverpool \o/
Started the month with a 1-1 draw against Southampton. Our performance was below poor tbh. We took the lead on 44th minutes, after heading in flick on from Jarvis header into the goal. Southampton's Tadic got the equaliser on 51st minute, Poyet lost the ball outside the box and Morgan Schneiderlin picked up the ball and through pass it to Tadic, and volley into the top corner.
Worst performance from the team since I took over. We just didn't turn up and pissed off with Ben Harfa who dived to win a penalty on 71 minutes.
OH YES. We were brilliant against Liverpool and you may say we both got lucky
James Tomkins gave us the lead on 95th minutes as he headed in Zarate's free kick on left hand side. To my shock, we was given a penalty before half time as Jordan Henderson fouled Zarate in the box. Strangely Cresswell stepped up and scored to give us 3-1 lead. Then we held on in to end to progress to the final.
We will be playing Man Utd in FA Cup final, regardless over the result we will be in Europa League \o/
We welcome Leicester to Upton Park. Valencia put us ahead on second minute, Ravel Morrison chipped the ball over the defence which Valencia ran onto the ball and strike into bottom corner. They pulled one back on 19th minute after Valencia missed heading the ball and Ulloa, headed it in.
Lucas Romero's long range shot put us in the lead again. Sakho put the game to bed, heading in Carl Jenkinson's cross into top corner. Jarvis got the only goal in second half, with good passing work between Ravel and Cresswell and slipped through to Jarvis who beat his marker to strike the ball into bottom corner to give us 4-1 win over Leicester.
